Located directly behind Target on Bou Avenue, Homesense is a large store that carries a variety of furniture, lamps, decorations, and kitchen wear. The store is new and the people who worked there couldn't have been nicer. I found a number of items that were not clearly marked, so I had to ask for help. There is a large number of cashiers, so you don't have to wait in long lines. The only problem I found were the prices. Most of the items I was looking at were priced close to the retail price. I really was looking for a better price. The store is clean, well stocked, and has courteous sales people. I am sure that I will be back.

It wasn't until roughly a year after I'd been using their pet removal services that I discovered that they also own a hidden jewel of a pet store which specializes in "organic and holistic" dog and cat food AND they have free pet food delivery within a 12-mile radius of their store. What's even better? I am able to send a quick email to the store and know that later in the week this reliable business will have carefully delivered my order with no follow-up required on my part.

This is the worst store I have been to. My intention today was to visit the store and purchase some…read morematerials. When I arrived, I noticed the Bethesda Arts Fair and decided to walk around there first. When I returned to the store, my car was gone. It had been towed at the clerk's instruction. Their parking lot was empty, and no customers were at the store. It was a Sunday. When I approached the clerk about why he had the car towed, he did not care and said that all cars are towed if the customers do not come directly into the store. He showed no empathy, nor did he care that it was Mother's Day too. There was no humanity. He spoke to me like a government bureaucrat, following a nonsense procedure. The two were $150, the Uber to get to the towing place in Rockville cost $60, and it took over an hour of our time. With everything happening worldwide, this store's owner should learn how to treat people. Awful customer service.
