I decided ok no more cuts here I will just take care of that elsewhere but thought I would continue to take them for baths. After dropping them off I got a call an hour later saying they were done. That should have been my first red flag. They smelled as if they had not been bathed at all and my golden who I paid extra to have undercoat removed clearly had not been furmirated. So we decided today we are just ordering dog food online from now on. This has happened too many times to us now. We need reliability, and we don't have it here, sadly.

While my daughter was looking for dog and cat food, I was looking at dog bones and taking pictures of the bone I thought I should buy to send to my son. While I was doing this, an elderly woman with white hair made me uncomfortable and violated my privacy by approaching me in an unpleasant way, asking me why I was taking pictures when the bones were already on the website. I'm sure she said this because it was almost closing time. She spoke to me very rudely, and I felt extremely uncomfortable. Today's issue happened to be that I got a call 15 minutes before I was supposed to be there saying that they needed me to come 30 minutes late to my scheduled appointment, when I said, I would split the difference and be 15 minutes late because I already had the dog in the car and was on my way. I was put on hold and then told that would be OK. Upon my arrival I was put in a room that had so much hair from the previous dog that the tub would not drain and I walked out covered in hair that was blowing around when trying to dry my dog (that was after having to move the dryer as they did not have the 2 that are normally there). Meanwhile, they were having one of their employees groom another dog in the room next-door instead of having the self wash stations open for self washes for their customers. Then to top it off the price to wash my own dog (with someone else's dog hair) is now $30 for a 20 minute time-slot, a teaspoon of shampoo and some of their water. I've been frustrated that it was difficult to call to schedule an appointment. Their website was/is cumbersome and not conducive to actually scheduling a time but gives an "afternoon/morning/evening" option. Then they would reach out to you with what times were available and you'd go back-and-forth trying to iron out a time instead of just being able to call. Very disappointed at the direction this new ownership has taken this establishment. This will probably be our last visit here...
