Charming shop, but prices made it a one-time visit…read more Doggy Style is undeniably cute--a tiny boutique with a cozy, neighborhood vibe. When I visited, there were six customers and a couple of dogs inside, which made the space feel quite full. It's definitely a spot that draws in pet lovers. The selection is impressively diverse, with everything from treats to accessories, and it's clear they've curated their inventory with care. That said, the prices were surprisingly high across the board. While I appreciate the quality and variety, it's not somewhere I'd return regularly based on cost alone. If you're looking for specialty items or just want to browse a unique pet shop, it's worth checking out. But budget-conscious shoppers might want to keep that in mind before visiting.

We've been to other little dog boutiques but this one is our favorite! They have a great selection of things for chewers and natural, healthy treats with safe ingredients for teething pups! We bought a great travel bag for our puppy here too. We go out of our way to come get treats here! Can't speak to the grooming or anything but they have a great variety of things!

The groomer cut…read moreboth sides of my dog's face and I didn't find out until days later when it started scabbing and bleeding. I eventually had to get him checked out at the vet. I understand that things happen but what really made me upset is the dismissiveness of the situation. I called and spoke to an employee about the situation and he advised me to email pictures of my dog's face. I did so to his email address twice and a general email address, and I never got a response. Even if he did I not get the emails (not sure how he could have not), some type of follow up would have been considerate. I don't appreciate the incident with my dog being dismissed, especially since I paid $140 for his grooming. I would have appreciated more kindness in the situation. I will not return and have found a new groomer.

I've only had a handful of challenging incidences with them at the Clarendon location but overall have had a very good experience. Cons: -I had to pick up my dog earlier one day (forcing me to leave work) because my dog was deemed aggressive/nippy. When I asked for footage they said they didn't have any available to show me. Yet they have a camera available in their playrooms? An incident like this never happened again. -they're somewhat poor at answering phone calls. They should have someone available at their front desk at all times but this isn't the case. Pros: -located very close to work for me -hours are long so it works great for someone like me who may get off work later in the evening. -positive experience with puppy training here with Matt!

I understand accidents can happen while dogs play, however city dogs staff never contacted me to let me know about her injury, and when I picked her up and asked what happened the response was "did she not have that injury when you dropped her off?". A daycare should be a place you feel comfortable dropping your pet and they are supervised/ owners are notified of medical emergencies. In this case my pet went hours without medical attention and now may require surgery.

I booked the first appointment explaining I had a blind dog that didn't do well left alone in a kennel. I told them I would wait outside so as soon as they were ready I would be there. No need for a kennel, right? So all is good. The DAY BEFORE the appointment, I text to confirm pricing. He calls me immediately and rudely explains how he was coming in on a holiday and that i said no to a Saturday, which did not happen. He then told me I should take my dog to Petco if I had special requests and he cannot be put in a kennel. Because he's blind. So now he gets to take the 4th of July off work. I hope you enjoy your day off

I called half an hour in advance to see if the self-serve was available; when I got there, one of the groomers was using the self-serve sink. She apologized profusely and rushed out of my way. One of the staff helped me get puppy into the tub, mixed up some cream rinse, and showed me where towels and grooming products were. A heavy rubber apron kept me dry. No need to clean up; the staff does it for you. If you don't have your own grooming products, they have shampoo, conditioner, and other items free for you to use. Groomers are right in front of you; you can see that they are kind, careful, and efficient with the dogs. Only quibble is that the self-serve dryer is older and especially loud; the noise made my puppy wail. $20 for a dog wash is great. Not having to scrub my bathroom is priceless.

He is very shy and isn't very friendly towards new people so it's nerve racking to find a place where you feel he will be cared for properly and loved in all of his grouchy Chihuahua glory! Once you get through that part he is a love bug. We went to the local PetsMart and had a bad experience just talking to the people there and knew he couldn't go there. That's when I looked on Yelp and found this place! It had great reviews and I saw that they had experience with Chihuahuas! It's nice to know my dog would be staying in a home(with lots of space and a big back yard) with experienced people who loved animals! So much better then a cage! I was very nervous when I dropped him off....ok I cried! Do you think he's spoiled???!!! Beth helped me feel so much better because she took the time to send me photos, tell me how he was doing, and talk with me while he was staying with her. After the first photo I immediately felt at ease and thankful we made the decision to leave our dog here. I really appreciate that Beth takes the time to do this and it really shows that she cares about animals and her job. I feel comforted to know that my dog has a safe place to go the next time his "parents" are away!
