There's always a wide variety of items from tools, furniture cabinet, flooring, and many other things I available for purchase a lot of times especially on days where they're running a really good sale. The fact that they run sales on items that are already discounted makes me come back and the quality of the good so you are inspected before being put on the floor so you don't have to wonder if it works or not. But if you're buying something electrical, you can always check to make sure before you buy which I appreciate.

Later, I was informed that a true frameless enclosure wouldn't work because the holes from the previous shower would be visible, so I had to go with a more expensive framed option instead. The special-order enclosure arrived fairly quickly, but that's where the problems really began. The first installation appointment ended with the installers discovering something was wrong with the enclosure, so it had to be reordered. I had already taken a day off work. The second installation appointment wasn't any better. One of the parts had been pre-cut incorrectly at the factory, so yet another part had to be reordered, requiring me to take another day off work. When they finally returned and completed the installation, I noticed a very obvious dent in the enclosure after they left. I called immediately because I wasn't happy with the quality of the installation. They eventually replaced the damaged part, but referred to it as being replaced under "warranty." Warranty? It was installed with the dent in the first place. That wasn't a warranty issue--it was correcting an installation problem that should have never happened. After everything was finally finished, I paid my invoice in full. I even have the receipt showing a $0.00 balance owed. Weeks later, I received a phone call claiming I still owed more money. After everything I had already dealt with, that was the final straw. Between the repeated ordering mistakes, multiple installation appointments, lost wages from taking several days off work, poor quality control, and then being asked for more money after paying in full, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I cannot recommend Berkeley Glass based on my experience.

This time I called because I was so ANGRY. They had a Dolly driver come pick up the parts and deliver them. Guess what... THE PARTS WERE NEVER CUT!!! WTF is wrong with this place? We wanted to completely redo our master bathroom and move a wall so that we could add a bathtub. First we worked with Mega's design consultant, Laissa. She was incredibly patient and helpful and guided us through the process of designing our bathroom, choosing all the fixture and tiles, etc. I have no idea how we would have done it without her. I especially appreciated how they gave us a spreadsheet of all of the fixtures and their prices so that we could easily see how every change of fixture affected the overall price of our project. Once the design was finished, Ibrahim, Juan, and the rest of the construction team took over. They were unfailingly polite and considerate while they were in our home. They were even kind enough to wear masks when we requested it (we have an immunocompromised family member). The construction team regularly consulted us whenever they wanted to confirm a decision and the work was finished well within the time frame we'd been promised. Our bathroom is so beautiful that my mom regularly drags family members upstairs to admire it when we have family events at our home. We did have one issue after construction was finished: a stubborn leak that kept coming back. Mega was very responsive when we reached out to them about the issue and was very proactive about making sure it was fixed and repairing any damage it caused. I would happily hire Mega Kitchen and Bath again in the future and I can't give a better recommendation than that.
