They don't give you a receipt, so when there is a discrepancy there is no way to prove you made a purchase. I really miss Monica. The current manager Maria is arrogant and useless. She absolutely refused to hep figure out why I did not get credit for the two bags, literally just shrugged her shoulders. I asked about it a couple times when I went in and they did nothing to even look into it, just told me there was nothing they could do. I told them the approximate dates and they knew the cost of 2 bags. The third time I asked I was informed that they have customer notes that said "You have tried to do this to us before" ...insert hard eye roll here... Like a Seinfeld episode or something! Yes I have been trying to get it resolved but NPO don't care! Really horrible customer service! Blaming the customer for THEIR failures! The owner Ray actually called me and threatened to post the camera footage of the exchange in response to any bad review I might leave! Only thing that will do is show everyone how incompetent your manager is! Regardless you do not have permission to post any footage of me!

The manager on duty reprimanded the employee for allowing us to use the bathroom. My sister who also has diabetes needed to use the bathroom but they told her she can't because management reprimanded them. My Mom bought my sisters son a turtle from there with supplies but according to their policy THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER BATHROOM! Additionally, the turtle has worms and a crack in the shell. The turtle was also housed in a 1 foot by 1 foot cell at the pet shop. A turtle that size should be in a way bigger housing. The turtle was not very well taken cared of there.

The store is very spacious and it has a lot of different sections there including dog washing stations and a lot of different things you can get for your pet.
