Parts were ordered and the appliance was back in order by Saturday afternoon. I know I would have been without my second oven had I purchased appliances anywhere else and especially from a big box store. I would not consider buying appliances anywhere else. Finally I requested a refund through PayPal, and 10 days later they credited my account, ruling in my favor. Avoid this company. They shouldn't take orders if they have no intention of shipping merchandise. I'd give zero stars if I could.
