Not only did they have a St. Patrick's Day party today, they provided all pet parents with an amazing corned beef sandwich, homemade soda bread, deviled eggs, and more. They handed out goodie bags for dogs, and overall made me feel very welcome in their store. The store has a very strong sense of community, where the owners and employees know most of their customers on a personal level, and even remember everyone's pet's names The owners helped me to find the best foods needed for my 2 kittens and 1 dog, and it was very reassuring to see how well they know the products they sell. The owners genuinely care about you and your pet, and I left with so many food samples to let my dog try. From now on, I will always be shopping at Woodbury Pet Commons for all of my pets needs. I passed the store hundreds of times and never ventured in because silly me didn't have a tractor. I asked a few of the staff why it was named tractor supply. It turns out the company got its start in Minot, N.D. in 1938 as a mail order supplier of tractor parts. I was pleasantly surprised at the wide variety of items they carry at fairly reasonable prices. The store is very large, and not really well organized. Plan on spending some time exploring the aisles and you'll be intrigued at the really cool selection of merchandise you never would imagine seeing in a store named Tractor Supply.

Their selection of products is even better than the big box stores and their prices are competitive. They carry awesome holistic and grain free brand dog food which is what we mainly go there for and their choices of bones are enormous! They even have a small back room section for smaller animals. My boyfriend and I went there one day to try some new dog food and we spoke with the guy and he told us that we can buy it and try it and if our dog doesn't like it that we can bring back whatever food is left and they will compensate us for the remaining food.
