When I followed up in person after a brief family emergency, the price was increased by $250, with the claim that technicians were waiting--something that was never communicated at any point. When I referenced his earlier statement about not being able to get the unit, he said he "didn't care what he said." Raising the price after the fact and dismissing prior statements shows poor communication and a lack of professionalism, so I chose not to proceed.
