After Sears repaired my tractor, it still kept chewing a transmission belt, since the root cause was not found. I considered buying a new tractor. Zernowski fixed the root cause, and it stopped braking. I was charged much less than I expected. So happy! read more

Absolutely incredible service! These guys are outstanding! They were able to fix our tractor when nobody else could. We have an old tractor and they were able to find parts and repair it so it runs better than ever! On top of it, they are SO nice and have the absolute best customer service! They texted us repeatedly to keep us abreast of any delays in getting parts etc. Also, they picked up our tractor, worked on it and returned it. read more

Zarnowski's is under new management. Brought a lawn mower to be fixed, and repeatedly asked for a quote before servicing my machine. Unauthorized work was done and I received a bill for $750. Owner was very rude when dropping off machine and after I complained said "do you want me to take the mower back?" No, I just want to be consulted before doing expensive work. Consumer beware!!! read more

1946 my fathers friend started the west haven saw shop on campbell ave wh. mid 1950's he moved to our current location. In 1960 he moved to the west coast. My father Alexander Zarnowski the new owner whss. All kinds of sharpening hand saws,circular saws,reel lawn mowers etc. 1966 my father was elected mayor of WH. my uncle took over then in 1968 my brother and I took over on a part time basis. Power equipment was developing at this time. 1975 I took over full time and built up the business. Still in business 43 years later

They cleaned it out for me and within 10 minutes it was working. They refused to charge me for this. I have gotten my snow blower tuned up there as well a few years ago. Still working perfectly.
