Staff has been pretty much neutral at each visit and not necessarily friendly but also not necessarily rude. I prefer not having someone hovering over me while shopping so it works for me. Today was the first time I was asked for my phone number at check out-why I asked-- and the staff informed me that I was not in the system to receive reward points. I had no idea there even was a rewards program so I asked to be signed up. I wondered why no one asked before? I found some great sales and was most pleased about that. The items are normally priced on the higher end, but they do have some great sales and who doesn't love a bargain? Service acceptable, on street parking.

I had to ask someone if I could put my items in the dressing room as she didn't even acknowledge my presence and that I was holding more than 1 item in my hand (the store was not crowded at the time), When at the counter purchasing my items (which totaled around $300) neither said "thank you" - they both seemed bothered or weren't even courteous enough to say "have a nice day" - they both just turned around and left the counter without a word. I am in retail myself and found the whole experience a total "turn-off" - if we treated our customers that way, we would have no customers. Very unfortunate - I will think twice about returning to shop at Apricot Lane Boutique.
