It was too big for me and he sent it back and they refused to exchange it for another item. He explained what the salesperson told him, but they stated they won't take it back. I believe they will tell you want you want to hear so they can receive their commission. Terrible customer service. The girls working there were rude and unprofessional -- we watched them whispering, glaring, and giving judgmental looks to other customers, which was honestly shocking. How are girls like this, with such negative attitudes, still working and being paid to represent the brand? It's really not that hard to greet people when they walk in, be polite, or at the very least say "thank you" at checkout -- but they don't. They don't acknowledge customers coming in or out. The lack of basic courtesy is glaring. After reading so many other similar reviews, it seems like this is an ongoing issue, and it's disappointing that management hasn't stepped in to make a change. The store has so much potential, but unless the customer service improves, it's not a place we'll want to return to.

The team was so kind, supportive, and encouraging, making the whole experience feel easy and special without ever once feeling pressured. When I realized I had accidentally found my dress, they encouraged me to come back with my family so I could have the full experience. I had to wait 3 weeks for the inventory to come in for them to ship it to me and I immediately cut off the tags but realized they were awful and 1 was damaged. Returned them to the Westport store the next day after receiving them in the mail. The sales lady was high and almighty saying she would do me the favor just this one time but the tags need to be on for a return. WHAT HAPPEND TO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE INSTEAD OF APOLOGIZING FOR MY INCONVENIENCE ONE WAS DAMAGED AND I HAD TO WAIT FOREVER TO RECEIVE THEM JUST TO TURN AROUND AND RETURN THEM THE NEXT DAY!
