Today was the first time I was asked for my phone number at check out-why I asked-- and the staff informed me that I was not in the system to receive reward points. I had no idea there even was a rewards program so I asked to be signed up. I wondered why no one asked before? I found some great sales and was most pleased about that. I am in retail myself and found the whole experience a total "turn-off" - if we treated our customers that way, we would have no customers.
