Special thanks to the wonderful staff Mary and Joe. Both are super knowledgeable about fitting the right sneaker to difficult feet. They practice what they preach in their description  "we place emphasis on "fitting" shoes based on the individual customer's needs and educate the consumer about foot health and footcare related products to help alleviate and prevent foot pain and disorders" The selection at this divine store is remarkable but the service is truly the most outstanding feature and makes the sneakers well worth the price. I purchased an item from your Orange, CT store for pickup. At the counter, I asked the sales associate about the promotion and was immediately given a negative response and was told the sale promotion pertained only to in-store purchases and the sign did not state anything about in-store purchases. I asked if I could the return the item and repurchase it, but she continued to give me attitude by stating "first of all let me find your order" . In my opinion, that was unprofessional, and throughout the entire transaction, she and the other sales associate present at the counter continued to make eye contact and exchange facial expressions.  In addition, she did not put my coupon from my return toward my purchase until I asked. Due to her unprofessionalism, I will be reluctant to purchase anything else at this store and will purchase my items elsewhere.  I asked her for her name, but was told Denise. As a new, young golfer, I came here to see things in person and figured I would receive…read moreguidance....WRONG. First, entering the store I wasn't greeted. As a person who worked many years in retail customer service, this is what drives some people to not make a sale (especially knowing things are commission based). After I browsed the medium sized sneaker section, I made my way over to the clubs. As there were no other customers in the store no employee even looked my way. As three were in the front and one was at the back counter on his phone I continued to look around all the way up to picking up multiple clubs and feeling them out. As I then walked to the front only to see those clubs were jr and women's I then made my way back to the rear club area. As other customers walked in they were greeted up to the point I observed an employee ask one if they needed help as the male was looking in the accessory area. After seeing this, I took photos of what I would have potentially purchased and made my way to the exit. At that point one of the employees at the front stated "have a nice day". Overall I'm not returning here probably ever unless it's a dire need. I did go to Dicks sports prior but they didn't have anyone working in their golf area at the moment. Price wise things are decent. I'll attach one photo below for reference. I went on a Wednesday around 5pm.

I recently revisited after avoiding the store for two years, and spoke with a couple of staff members who assured me that the store has made a commitment to improving the customer experience, including replacing problematic staff. I'm pleased to report that my recent visits have been a much better experience. The sales staff was attentive, and the club fitting with Anthony was top-notch. I'm glad to be able to return there as it's the closest and most comprehensive golf equipment shop in the area.
