The merchandising was wonderful and the prices were somewhat in a reasonable range. A few impressive people working in the store were helpful and friendly. Everything in the store was clean and well organized. The only disappointment was that all the escalators seemed to be out of service. I had tried to put my belongings in it and my grandson put a cough drop in it which I didn't see. They took out the lining and asked one another if it looked used and should they put it back on sale. As I entered the store one store attendant greeted me and I quickly responded with a hello. While browsing the surrounding I noticed a second store attendant in my peripheral shuffling the clothes. I immediately knew what that signifies sadly. She slowly made her way over to me while to ask if I am finding everything. I responded that I am looking for a particular item, which she directed me to the specific location in the store. It saddens me that for my first visit to this establishment that came highly recommended and received that type of a reception. Unfortunately I will not be visiting ever again and will not be recommending anyone either because of this experience.
