My daughter who is 16 shopped here. She bought 3 pairs of underwear for $50. Yes, the employee told her they were not returnable. Guess what - she left and called me and I told her to take them back immediately. It hadn't been more than 5 minutes from the purchase. I called the store. They told me to contact the owner. Customer Service? NONE! They claimed they couldn't take them back.. except for the FACT THAT they were obviously not worn at all. Like really? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They got my $50. Don't give them yours... because they are just not nice people. I won't ever give them my business again. read more

Love this shop! It is soooo hard to find nice underwear in the US as I am definitely not the Victoria secret typical size! Being french I am used to find affordable nice lingerie. This shop sells exactly this. The staff is very helpful and patient and knowledgeable in what is available in stock. Bought some under-wears a few months back and they haven't moved despite the numerous washes. My only issue, the opening hours! Shorter than my working hours so I haven't been able to return! I wish they were opening a little later in the evening so I could go and visit more often as I work nearby. Living now 30 miles from Fairfield makes it that more difficult to come over on Saturdays. read more

Absolutely the best place for bras and undergarments! Owner is a sweetheart and staff is fabulous. You never feel weird or uncomfortable getting fitted or trying on anything. I had high hopes for this specialty store as Victoria's Secret and Marshall's clearance racks don't work for me. I was looking for a racerback bra in both nude and black. The young lady who assisted me was excellent and very attentive. I was disappointed, however, that the bra I wanted to purchase was not available in my size. I was told that the owner will no longer carry that brand/style and that, if they were to special order it for me, it would be final sale. I ended up not purchasing the bras as I didn't want to be stuck with them if they didn't fit. After I left, I gave it some thought. I called the store to inquire if the current sale price (50% off) would be honored if I returned to the store and placed the order for both bras. Essentially, I was willing to assume all of the risk for two bras that might be a bust (pun intended). The young lady who helped me told me that she already asked the owner and that the owner would not honor the sale price. So I would have had to pay $52 x 2 for bras that I would be stuck with if they didn't fit. I'm quite disappointed by my experience as I would have most definitely been a loyal returning customer. Unfortunately, this shop lost my business due to inflexible policies. read more

I had a great first experience here, went in over the weekend and got fitted for all new bras. However when I got home and attempted to wear the bras they were incredibly tight and digging completely into my sides leaving horrible marks. when I first tried them on I had questioned the owner who helped me and she said it was supposed to feel tight so I trusted her judgment. Unfortunately the bras were just too tight and I went back into the store in an attempt to simply exchange them and get fitted for bras again that fit more comfortably. The very first words out of her mouth were "they were final sale they can't be exchanged." I told her I wasn't looking to get any money back I just wanted to have bras that fit properly. One of her managers helped me out and offered bra extenders. She was very pleasant. But they would not budge on their policy. I'm pretty disappointed that I went to this store on a recommendation and that the owner was unprofessional and rude. I will not be returning. I basically threw $200 down the drain with bras I can't wear. read more
