This store seems to carry only odd size clothing. Spent 30+ minutes in the checkout.

My four friends and I drove over an hour away to Danbury to check out Primark. I have never been…read morehere before, this is the only location in Connecticut. Primark is an Irish retailer of affordable fashion for men, women and children. Other locations also carry home items, but not the Danbury location. They are very popular across the British Isles as well as several countries across Europe. The Primark in Danbury is part of the Danbury Fair Mall, the good news is you can access it as its own store, no need to go through the mall. This store is massive, there were so many shoes when we first walked in. There's hair accessories, purses and other small knickknacks. The clothes aren't super organized. The hangers are marked with various sizes, but they are actually all random sizes hung on random hangers. This was everywhere, same with the shoes. I am a bit selective when it comes to clothes shopping, I prefer my items to be mostly cotton. Cotton items were difficult to find or non existent at Primark. We spent two hours here and all I found were two items. Keeping in mind that they are a fast fashion retailer, the quality isn't always there. Loose strings, uneven stitching, unavailable sizes are all a part of the gamble. The wait to access a fitting room was surprisingly fast and efficient. The line to check out was long but moved fast, due to several open registers. I'm glad I experienced Primark, while they aren't for me, they might be for you. Marshalls, Target and Amazon are more accessible for me.

I've shopped here many times and the clothes lasts. The store is always busy but still kept in order. The lines can be long but move pretty quickly. This is one of my go to stores.

This is one of the nicer Marshall's I've been in…read more I shopped clearance and was very happy with my findings. Bought a new pair of brown boots for 19.00 and a glass candle holder for 5.50 . I didn't get anything that was a brand name (I'm not the brand name type) but I did get it for less! Only gripe: Women's sizes are very limited. I am a size 16 in my 30's so I was disappointed not to find anything that jumped out at me. The styles were older and matronly. :-/

Very Disappointed With My Experience at Marshalls…read more I was extremely dissatisfied with my recent experience at Marshalls. I went to return a wallet that I had purchased the previous day and had the original receipt with me. I was told that the label on the wallet did not match the receipt. After some back and forth, they finally called a manager, who was able to locate and verify the purchase. On the same visit, I also had a pair of sunglasses that I had purchased there, but the security sensor had never been removed. I brought the sunglasses back, showed them my receipt, and explained the situation. Instead of simply resolving the issue, I felt like I was being scrutinized as if I had done something wrong. This was a very frustrating and embarrassing experience. I had my receipt, I had purchased the items at the store, and yet I was treated with unnecessary suspicion. There is clearly a problem with the store's system and procedures. Marshalls needs a better system for tracking purchases and removing security tags, and customers should not be made to feel uncomfortable when they are simply trying to resolve an issue. One very disappointed customer.

I asked, what about the other clothes - they claim they were not interested in it . When I walked in - the sales girl thought a bin of sneakers belonged to me - I said that's not mine . So to think if they are organized ? THEYRE NOT . If you donate $1000. 00 Worth of clothing - you get to write of approximately 20% . Stick to donating rather than getting $20-$30 for your items . Gift it to savacenter before giving it to an organization that makes 60-80% return on the items . Further , in order to get a decent evaluation - they want the items dry cleaned , ironed and on a hanger (new) so they can just take it , tag it and put it out to sell without any additional work for the 10-12 girls that work there . That's how they keep them all employees . I wish there were zero stars unfortunately I have to leave one since zero stars is not an option . DONT DO BUSINESS WITH MIDWESTERN RETAILER THATS MSKING A FORTUNE - billions on your donations . Once upon a child and Plato's closet are both owned by the same Corp in Minneapolis.

We all love Target, but there's nothing like a BRAND new Target!…read more We eagerly awaited this location to finally open up, and when it did, it took me forever to get out here. Now that I finally did, it was so awesome and convenient. It's right in the Danbury Fair, having access both from the outside on its own or right through the inside of the mall. So whether you need to come straight to Target or you stop by as you're shopping in the mall, it's a great new addition to the Danbury Fair. The layout for some reason takes a second to get used to and everything feels a tad bit off but it's totally fine. They do seem to have a bit more selection of things and the fitting rooms are super chill and easy to access. They do have a random 3 garment max to try on? Restrooms are HORRENDOUS but that's truthfully not necessarily fully on the staff but the customers that love to trash places. Either way, if you don't have to, don't go lol. Other than that, great new Target located right next to Primark. From the mall inside entrance it's right by the Five Below.

They can't pull up my order. They have my money, but I am out of luck. They assume no responsibility for their mistake. Now, Josh says I must come in the store tmo in frigid weather to show him my order. He was very rude and said goodbye as I was talking. Don't use the Target drive up unless you get out of your car and check your order. Which, of course defeats the purpose of using the drive up. Terrible treatment. I've learned my lesson.
