Customer service is so important in small business settings such as this because it can really make or break your store. I had more items but we decided to schedule a later date to drop off for the rest. Both Dina and Nicole seemed really nice and friendly. They told me I'd receive an emailed item list in a little bit. Several weeks went by and still no list so I called. I spoke with Nicole on 3/31 who told me that her mother-in-law (Dina) was supposed to have done it and will get her to do it "now". She also told me at that time that I had made over $100 and again, how much they "LOVED" everything. Weeks go by again and still no item list. Dina then calls on 4/27 to reschedule our next appointment to a later date. I say sure but I'm still waiting for my item list (everything is still amicable at this point). Dina then turns and starts getting hostile. She told me she sent the list already and to check my junk mail, to which I replied I have and it's not there so can you please send it again. She said she did already and fought me on just resending it. I also asked how much money I have in my account at this point thinking it should be more than the $100 I was told in March. She said it's $75. When I ask how that's possible she couldn't give me an answer and got even more angry with me. My response was this is horrible customer service, and again please send my item list. That night I get an email saying they no longer want to consign my items. I tell them I agree, now can you please send my item list. The emails went back and forth for days with them refusing to give my item list. I finally received it on May 2nd! They then tell me I need to pick up my items immediately or they will donate them. This place is a scam. I don't know what it's like to shop there but consigning with them is a NIGHTMARE!!

This is where many restaurants and local shops get the goods they make and sell to you. Everything from the raw foods to the pots they'll be cooked in, the containers they're packed in, and the cloths to clean up after. This space is HUGE. It's overloaded with foods and food stuff and tools-of-the-trade stacked from floor to ceiling as far as the eye can see. Wow and wow yet again. The warehouse looks official because it is. The massive parking lot is lined with big carts designed for case-size buys. No strollers, no cute little "shopper in training" mini-carts. A bit scary for the average shopper maybe, but don't be fooled. Stride right in, register as a day-shopper. And you are good to go. It's that easy. (If you own a business, any business at all, sign up once and you'll never have to stop at the desk again.) As you might expect, everything is sold by the case. BUT it's also sold by the piece, too. Yep, want a 10-pound case of scallops...? That's here. Prefer just a few...? It's a bit more per pound, but it's yours. Buy a 12ct case of Hellmann's mayo for less than $80. Or just one for $7.31. The secret here, I think, is to ignore the vastness of it. Or never be intimidated by the immense jars and boxes you'll see. Just look a bit further and you'll find many of the same products on the next shelf in more consumer friendly sizes. Almost every single item here can be bought by the case or the piece, in humongous restaurant size tubs or standard little jars. There's staff here, mostly working full out, endlessly stocking and packing. Fortunately, they're available to answer a question or point you to the right section if needed. By and large, whatever you might be looking to find is on a shelf here, somewhere.... Whether you buy one item for dinner or pick up a dozen cases for The Big Event, shopping has never been this big, this much fun, this vast a foodie's paradise....

The customer service is amazing and the girls that work here are just awesome. They always have a bright smiling personality and are always so kind and helpful. The worker stated it was plugged in and had heated up quick. This turned out to be far from the truth. the parts were rusted and dirty and while the item turns on it doesn't heat up or work. The manager did refund my money however I spent a total of three hours traveling there and back. I can say be careful before going here as you may not get exactly what you pay for.
