The mower was a cub cadet and is less than a year old. I also purchased a set of mulching blades for the lawn tractor through tractor supply. Apparently I was sold the wrong style blades which stripped the spindle assy causing the blade assembly to fly of the deck and get lost in my yard. I eventually found the blade and nut but dealing with Cub Cadet and Tractor Supply was aggravating and completely useless. Tractor supply wanted nothing to do with the issue and gave me a couple of phone numbers to call to try to get warranty. Both phone numbers were called repeatedly, only to be put on hold for over 1/2 hour at which point I hung up. After researching new spindle assy's and blades it appears the mower came with the wrong fitting blades and then I was given an even wronger set of mulching blades with caused the spindle to strip. NO ONE was interested in helping me with this, service was HORRIBLE from both Tractor supply and Cub cadet. I had to order and purchase new spindle assy's and blades on my own and pay for them even tho tractor was still under warranty. will not puchase even a nut or bolt from tractor supply again!

The staff here is always nice and helpful, I never had a problem, shopping here, but the reason why I give them such a low score is because of their pet wash service which I have had to use countless times for three big dogs. First off let me begin by saying I never come to do this on a Saturday, because the store is absolutely maniacal and generally, there's quite the clientele with dogs. Having said that, I'm a weekday bather... The place is always clean, but for whatever reason, it is never properly stocked with towels and the supplies they give you are completely diluted to the point that they're absolute liquid that you can't even lather your pet. Today I was at my wits end, as this had to be the fourth time that this has happened. You come here to pay for a service and true $10.62 is cheap, but if I have to bring my own supplies and all I'm doing is just using your facility to wash my pet what good is it? I went there to only have one towel and I have big dogs as I mentioned 100+ pounds. To find someone around the store unless you go all the way up to the cashier is impossible on a weekday. Again, I stress weekday because this is when I choose to do this, but they also need to man that area and make sure it is properly stocked and perhaps make a visit as soon as someone checks their washed pet to make sure the towels and products are still fulfilled. I did ask to speak to a manager, and the manager apologized, but again, when you go there so many times and the same stuff happens and you say the same thing over and over again, gets a little tiring. I'll go back and visit and check out the space one day and see if it's stocked and then I'll update my rating! Other than that, the store offers great products and fabulous sales. Even their clothing is a great find! I just wish that they would get their act straight with the pet wash station. This location also offers curbside pick up and has a huge parking area so parking is never an issue.

Their home and accessory department was also very well stocked and they have a fairly large selection of toys and fun gadget things to buy for the Holidays. Primark is an Irish retailer of affordable fashion for men, women and children. Other locations also carry home items, but not the Danbury location. They are very popular across the British Isles as well as several countries across Europe. The Primark in Danbury is part of the Danbury Fair Mall, the good news is you can access it as its own store, no need to go through the mall. This store is massive, there were so many shoes when we first walked in. There's hair accessories, purses and other small knickknacks. The clothes aren't super organized. The hangers are marked with various sizes, but they are actually all random sizes hung on random hangers. This was everywhere, same with the shoes. I am a bit selective when it comes to clothes shopping, I prefer my items to be mostly cotton. Cotton items were difficult to find or non existent at Primark. We spent two hours here and all I found were two items. Keeping in mind that they are a fast fashion retailer, the quality isn't always there. Loose strings, uneven stitching, unavailable sizes are all a part of the gamble. The wait to access a fitting room was surprisingly fast and efficient. The line to check out was long but moved fast, due to several open registers. I'm glad I experienced Primark, while they aren't for me, they might be for you. Marshalls, Target and Amazon are more accessible for me.

After this one-time experience , I think I'll stick with the one in Brewster. The outside of the store is kind of messy and looks like it's not maintained....it could literally be abandoned and you wouldn't tell the difference. You walk in and it's a standard Kohl's, only more tired and flatter. I know that may be hard to picture but when you go to the Brewster Kohl's and walk in, there's always a bright, seasonal display that is very welcoming and puts you in the mood to shop. Here, it was just a mess of carts haphazardly sitting around in the entry and some luggage that I wasn't sure was on display or was just waiting to be stocked. The selection was okay and they had stock, but there were a few areas that it looked like stocking had started but then been abandoned halfway through. Like boxes and carts and ladders just sitting in aisles and between racks. Not a big deal and maybe they're gearing up for back to school but just a little messy. What was the least appealing thing about this place is how long it takes to check out. We were the second people in line and just wanted to purchase one pair of swim trunks. It took a long time and there were no self service options such as they have at Brewster. Some dude had a complex return apparently so it took three cashiers several minutes to resolve that while the line kept growing. Then when we got to the cashier, he seemed really burnt out, which I can get and I empathize with. So a self-service option would have been quicker and a better experience. Anyway, the key takeaway from this review is that if you're in the greater Danbury metro area, take a ride on 84 West to Brewster and check out the Kohl's near the Southeast train station.

Maybe because of the Kohl's cash situation and that takes more time but I don't remember waiting this long to check out of a store (actually, there was a Kohls in Massachusetts that was this slow). Don't know what their problem is. Obviously, bad management or maybe no management at all. There were enough people but they were not doing their jobs. If you live in western CT, try the Kohl's in New Milford. I think that store might be a better experience. Try to avoid going to this store in Brookfield. I will now be shopping ONLINE using my Kohl's cash, now that I've found the right size for pants. Won't go to this store again. Not worth it to stand in line for half an hour, sweating.

Finding these items, especially on clearance, is a bit of a dig. It's decently well organized, but the clearance section is definitely a bit of the wild, wild west. Lots of things in this store are the very last one, so if you see something you love but need a different size you're probably out of luck. Definitely worth a stop in if you're in the area.

They are very reasonable and also have the best pet section! Tons of reasonable toys and supplies for your fur baby.
