Love all the vintage finds. Easy parking and I always find something affordable. They bring out new stuff daily

Too much money for used clothing and shoes. Waste of time. Go across the street to TJ Maxx and get great buys for less...new.

The clothes are arranged by size, which is a real blessing compared to Goodwill, where they are absurdly arranged by color.

It's so convenient to make "selling" appointments via calendly on their website. The process is super easy and you get in and out in no time. During covid social distancing and masks are required. They're also limiting capacity and having hand sanitizer stations available.

I asked, what about the other clothes - they claim they were not interested in it . When I walked in - the sales girl thought a bin of sneakers belonged to me - I said that's not mine . So to think if they are organized ? THEYRE NOT . If you donate $1000. 00 Worth of clothing - you get to write of approximately 20% . Stick to donating rather than getting $20-$30 for your items . Gift it to savacenter before giving it to an organization that makes 60-80% return on the items . Further , in order to get a decent evaluation - they want the items dry cleaned , ironed and on a hanger (new) so they can just take it , tag it and put it out to sell without any additional work for the 10-12 girls that work there . That's how they keep them all employees . I wish there were zero stars unfortunately I have to leave one since zero stars is not an option . DONT DO BUSINESS WITH MIDWESTERN RETAILER THATS MSKING A FORTUNE - billions on your donations . Once upon a child and Plato's closet are both owned by the same Corp in Minneapolis.

The security people are really nice as are people on the floor, but there's a shorter statured guy with a mullet sort of haircut at the checkout that was bossing people around, whether it's other staff or customers and that's where the experience falls apart for me. I usually try to stop here every once in a while as a little pick me up after a hard day of work. Today I did that, and he was yelling in general out to the store (2xs) to "move up." I was waiting in line for 20 minutes where this wasn't a problem and then all of a sudden it was. He yelled at the third time and then muttered something under his breath, but he wasn't looking at me when I went up to the register so it felt personal. There weren't that many people there and only two cashiers. He was one of them because he was completely facing away from me. I had no idea he was talking to me. Asked me if I wanted a bag and to give my phone number. I said yes to the bag and no to the phone number And he seemed annoyed by this. Additionally, he didn't bag any of the items that I was worried would get damaged in the rain. Also, he snapped at me when I tried to scan my credit card after he scanned everything and asked me if I wanted bags for an additional fee. Assuming the transaction was ready to happen, I went to go swipe my card and yelled at me that it was not the right time to do that. And then I would have to do it again. I noticed that it was registering and I did everything right. And I wasn't scanning again for that purpose and I kindly told him that. Final straw was when I was trying to walk out and the stuff that I was getting as gifts had tags on them that were setting off the alarm. When I brought them back to ask him to please remove them, as that was embarrassing enough, he was complaining that I wasn't handing them to him fast enough and he had to finish scanning someone else, even though the merchandise wasn't even over-the-counter yet and I didn't want it fall on the floor and get dirty. Again, it was a gift. Really annoying and snarky. I don't do my job like this and I don't expect other people to either. I get it, it's a minimum wage job, but you should take pride in what you do. I was perfectly nice until I wasn't treated nice and then I was indifferent at most. He was rude. And he needed a little bit more customer service training if we're being honest.
