Good store. Fair prices. Just disappointing they don't do military discount. Of all places I thought for sure this place would.

Everyday when we arrive we are greeted with smiles and love. My Bella gets so excited when we pull in and the staff really love their job. You can feel the love when you walk in the door instantly. Just a great place with great vibes and you can tell everybody loves it here. All of the pups are happy and I also love the different events they have throughout the month that you can sign your pup up to. The cameras are a great addition to feel at ease if you are wondering how your pup is doing. I even got my pup a bath a couple of weeks ago and she looked great after while smelling so good. I could go on and on about the staff and the manager here! Just a great place with great people that really love what they do and love all of the fur babies. Thank you Camp Bow Wow for giving love to my Bella when I am at work!! She really loves it here!

When I brought up my concerns, I felt like they weren't taken seriously and no one really listened or tried to address the issue. As a pet owner, I expect transparency and care, especially when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uneasy about the level of attention and communication here. I would not recommend this location based on what happened.

Now that I've been using DHDC for several months, I think I can give a complete review of their…read moreservices. They're pretty reliable. They let you know when they're going to be late. They also give you a chance to confirm future appointments by texting you a couple of days prior. They're also pretty responsive when you text them with questions. They're very good at deshedding my rottie (he sheds like crazy!). I had Andrew as a groomer for the first three or four times. Then I got Alaina. And the last groomer I had was Jo'Ann. Andrew was very thorough and detailed, but unfortunately he no longer works there. He even checked and expressed Duke's anal glands. Every appointment with Andrew was awesome!! Then Alaina, she either didn't cut/Dremelled Duke's nails at all or did very little. And afterwards, Duke got very sick: he became very lethargic, had poor appetite, had dry bumps all over his body, and his coat was falling out by the chunks. He needed to be taken to the vet and put on antibiotics and pain medication because he had such a horrible reaction to something (either cologne or maybe poorly sanitized equipment). It took about two weeks for him to feel better, but his coat was still falling out and he had dandruff all over (normally his coat is very shiny without dandruff). Our third groomer was Jo'Ann. This time I made sure that Duke was only bathed with their oatmeal shampoo and no cologne sprayed on him. Seems like she Dremelled his nails down. I asked her if she checked his anal glands because he has been licking back there a little too much and she told me that dogs get their anal glands expressed automatically while they defecate (yes, I know), but she didn't even check until I asked her. I wish all the groomers worked the same way. Again, Andrew was the most detail-oriented one and I wish he was still working there. I will keep using their service. However, I am somewhat hesitant to recommend them.

Every Doggie Has Its Daycare - Inside Play area

    Every Doggie Has Its Daycare

I did a search online looking for a local dog daycare for my mom's German Shepherd. This was the…read moreclosest one I could find to her. It's located in Peoria, AZ which is northwest of Phoenix. It is near Bell Road and the 101 making it accessible for people like me traveling from nearby cities. The facility is in an industrial type zone. The building is sort of a large warehouse that is shared by several businesses. The backside has large garage type doors. I only know this because Google Maps led me to the back (south side) of the building initially. The map has been updated to hopefully prevent others from getting lost looking for the entrance which is on the northeast corner of the building. Every Doggie Has Its Daycare has applications online that you can download, print, and complete. The information provided online makes it easy for you to prepare for your first appointment. You'll need the latest copy of your dog's vaccination records including Bordetella. Plus, you will need the paperwork showing that your pet was spayed or neutered. Even though my dog has a tattoo indicating that she was spayed, the paperwork was required. I appreciate that the business has high standards and requests these records. It lets me know that patrons of the business care for their dogs and that my dog will be in a healthy and safe environment. Before allowing your dog to use their services, you will need to schedule a free, 3-hour temperament test. This allows the staff to assess your dog's energy level and comparability with other dogs. Based on this, your dog will be paired accordingly for future play groups. Please note, some dog breeds are not allowed due to insurance policies of the business. While the facility does not offer a webcam remotely or on site, the staff do actively take and post photos of the dogs on the business Instagram and Facebook pages. They post pictures pretty much every hour and try to capture every new dog entering the facility during that hour. Once your paperwork is in order, the temperament test has been completed, and your dog has been approved for services, you can start bringing them to daycare or make appointments for boarding services. Daycare doesn't require advanced bookings. I love that you can bring your dogs in and drop them off at the spur of the moment for a half or full day of play. This is so convenient for those days when you have extra work or maybe aren't feeling well enough to give your dog the exercise and attention he or she needs. My dog needs socialization on a weekly basis. She hangs out with humans daily all day, but benefits from the play and mental stimulation she gets from daycare. She always comes home relaxed and tired from her time at the facility. The facility is temperature controlled so your dog can safely enjoy play during the hot summer and cooler winter days. They do have access to an outdoor area too. It has high walls, so there is no chance of escape. You can pre-purchase packages of half day or full day passes to daycare. So far, I have just been paying as I go which is also acceptable. It's about a $40 saving if you buy the package, but you have to use it within 90 days. They take all credit cards. It's important to note that late pickups will be charged $1 per minute! That's a good incentive to make sure you arrive before they close at 7pm during the weekdays to collect your dog from daycare. I've booked a boarding reservation during the holidays. There is a deposit required during this time period because of the increased demand for services. They ask that you bring your dog's food measured out for each meal in ziplock bags. They provide everything else your dog needs for the overnight stay, but you are welcome to bring your dog's bed or blanket that provides familiar smells and will help your dog adjust easier. Also included in boarding is daycare. There is no extra charge for this ensuring your dog gets lots of exercise during the day so she can get a good night of sleep too. I'm delighted that I found this business. The staff have been super friendly in-person and on the phone. Their website has detailed information so you can get your questions answered, but call or stop by if you need additional information. I'm certain you will get the details you need and feel assured in your decision to leave your furry family member in their care.

Great staff! Ziggy enjoyed going there. The place was clean and he had plenty of room to run.read more

She's a sweet girl who's transitioned wonderfully from a quiet rescue (at 9 months) to a fun, playful, obedient (well, mostly), and happy best friend. We set up four training sessions with Mike M. and had such a good and productive time that we did four more, and Murphy-Lou is doing great! She's mastered all the basics (i.e., sit, come, down, heel, off, place, etc.) and she no longer just ignores me when interested in something else, but turns to me glaring, "I am a Coonhound, you oaf, just one moment, there is a leaf here and I must give it appropriate consideration", and when finished she'll walk over and sit next to my foot. Mike is abundantly knowledgeable, experienced, patient, and super friendly... and he's also very considerate in trying not to sound critical of my own efforts training Murphy -- a couple of times I've told him, "don't worry about hurting my feelings, if I need to do something differently just let me know -- I'm the one who needs training!" He's just a really good guy and fun to work with and I recommend him to anyone who's genuinely interested in learning to train the pups! (We're gonna do more work with him!)
