The store changed owners in January 2026 and had a grand opening with free nail trims and baths. You will need to show rabies vaccination records before using the nail trim service for your dog. The staff are young and will help if you press them to assist you, but they won't go out of their way to welcome you and offer to help you. I appreciate the convenient location of this store and the products they have in stock. It is the main reason I visit them to buy things like poop bags, squeaky balls, and high quality pet food. It is nice that bathing and nail trims are also available; although I have never used those services here. The staff just seem a little too inexperienced to entrust them with my pet's care. read more

Went there recently to gather my own opinion of the staff and dog wash from some of the negative reviews I saw prior to going. Well let's just say we will be coming back more often. The fact they have a dirty dog punch card for $40 bucks which is a great price. You save money and don't have to pay 4 times after that you just show them your card. My pup was a little nervous being in a new place he's only a year and a half old, so he's still learning places as well but after about 3 minutes of being there he was just fine and the staff was great. They were very informative for our first time for being there, friendly, knowledgeable, they sterilize the area you're gonna use to wash your fur kid, they have shampoo and conditioner, they have towels, and also dog scent spray. The only thing is we had to wait about 10 minutes due to there is only 3 wash areas and 1 large are and the large one was being used and then had to be sterilized but that was it. We were able to look around the store while we waited. My Floof really enjoyed getting his bath. They also have homemade dog cookies you can purchase that my Floof enjoys getting one after his bath and we bring home a few more for the other fur kids at home. read more

If you have long haired dogs, use another dog wash. Was going to try this place out today and brought my two goldens. Was told immediately that dogs can only be washed and dried but no brushing and only a 20 minute time limit total. Sorry but long hair dogs need a brush when being dried to avoid knots. The store was otherwise empty so I'm not sure what the deal is here but we won't be back. More expensive than other local washes and they have a hurry up and leave attitude. In response to your reply: I asked about it specifically because I did bring my own brush. The front desk said you guys don't want any brushing done at all. Please don't gaslight me into "other people were calling waiting" the parking lot and store was empty and no phones were ringing. This seems to be the common response to everyone with the same reviews about people waiting and "lines" with no one else waiting or in line. Please take accountability and update your policies if they don't work for most of the people reviewing. It's not a realistic policy that anyone can wash and dry a large long hair dog in 20 minutes. read more

I love this place!! I recently got a new puppy and can't find the dog food that was suggested to me just anywhere. However, a very few higher end retailers do have this, pet supplies plus being one of them. My first order was online. When I went to pick it up there was an amazing/ cute HAND WRITTEN note thanking me for my purchase and for being a first time customer. That to me, being a business professional seems almost unheard of these days :) I was very impressed. I went in there again this morning and the spoke with someone who I believe was possibly a manager. Amazing! Another wonderful young lady at the front (I wish I got names but one of the girls had the most impressive long nails I have seen, especially for this job) they were all so helpful and and the customer service provided was incredible. They gave my little puppy so much love/ treats and offered to carry a 30 pound dog food bag to my car without hesitation or even asking. I could not recommend this place enough! My dogs are on a diet of Fromm salmon and sweet potato. We thought we would have a hard time finding food for them. We are used to going to a specialty shop to get it back home. I found Pet Supplies Plus searching for a place to get Fromm dog food. I was shocked to find that it was located very close to where we were staying in Surprise, Arizona. The shop is very nice and clean. There are a wide variety of products designed for your pet. And I was able to locate a similar diet of salmon à la veg from Fromm. I grabbed a large bag and headed to the counter. The gentleman checked me out very quickly, and was very pleasant. After I paid, the gentleman offered to carry the bag out to the car for me. I graciously accepted his offer and thanked him profusely. It's little things like this that makes the best impression. So I like to point that out in my reviews for businesses. With all the inventory going wonky online and at our frequented local supermarkets I came here in desperate need of a new dog food for our pup. Funny that our food sensitive family adopted a ill dog who ended up was just food sensitive. I guess it was a blessing in disguise as our usual food has pea and potato starch in it. The FDA has done studies according to our vet from his last visit that heart issues MAY be caused by these ingredients when on a grain free diet. I thought maybe this store specialized in healthier food. They do have way more product lines here that are higher quality than the local supermarket, but they also provide pretty much everything you can get at the supermarket and then some. They have the cutest dog cookies on display for sale when you walk in. A do it yourself dog bath in one area and a grooming salon in the other. They had parakeets, hamsters and other rodents, snakes and fish for sale. Nothing too fancy as far as fish. Just a super cute store. I found a food to try, and I met Abby the most awesome young lady who was on the same page today. She came around the corner to suggest the same food as was looking at. She really was so helpful and went above and beyond the entire time we were there. If she reads this she can share this with her dad. She is so special she really deserves a horse. The animal lover that she is. Ha ha so far so food with the first day of food. We will see how it goes. read more

Great pet store. We live out of state where we are loyal customers. Wintering here for three months, we're so happy to be able to have this store so near. We Love the premium Redford brand. That is the only dry cat food our cats will eat. The store was spotless. Cashiers and employees were super friendly. Nail trimming for dogs only, not cats. I have been coming to this pet store for the last 2 years since it's the closest and most convenient store for me to purchase high quality dog food. I always have wonderful interactions with the staff they are always kind and helpful. It's no secret that dogs can be picky eaters and my Kalua is no different than every other picky pup out there. I often purchase a wide selection of flavors for her to have and spend over 100$ here every two weeks. In the past I have exchanged one bag of Primal food for another flavor and I tried to go in for an exchange today but the male manager was pretty dismissive and pointed to a sign on the register that said only their brand of dog food can be exchanged if it was opened, I informed him I had no issues when I exchanged it the time before and had no idea the policy had changed he didn't seem to care at all. I ended donating the bag of dog food at the store since my dog wouldn't eat it but the interaction with him alone makes me want to reconsider shopping here. I don't ever bring bag a bag of food that's empty and the bag of food alone was a least 40$, I just wanted to have food that my dog is willing to eat, don't recommend for people who have picky dogs I guess the return policy is not picky dog friendly read more

This Pet Supplies Plus is my go-to spot for various brands of hard to find cat food that my clowder goes bonkers for. Namely, my crew is crazy about Fussie Cat and Applaws wet foods. Prior to finding this Pet Supplies Plus, I was reliant on web sources for these two brands of food, as they are so tricky, if not impossible, to find in other retail chains. However, Pet Supplies Plus always has them readily in stock and at a reasonable price compared to the competition. I concede, they may price certain items a bit higher, but they have always kindly allowed me to price match anything that I can find cheaper at another pet store or on a website. In addition to having a wonderful cat section, this store also has a dog bathing area and food and supplies for dogs, pocket pets, and exotic animals. I love having this store so close to home! I was in your store on 08/08/22. I was the only customer in the store. There was a female at the register standing there doing absolutely nothing and another female on one of the aisles working. For it being a new store, I would think that someone could at least acknowledge that you existed and say hello, good morning, do you need some help, anything for that matter. I hand her the coupon, she asks if I am a member, and I said no. "Then you cannot use the coupon, do you want to join?" I had to repeat my address 5 times. She gives me the total and I had to point out that it was not correct as she did not apply the coupon. Received a blank stare. Not a very good impression for a first, and last, visit. You send out mailers and marketing to attract new customers only to fail once you get them in the store. I hope you find better help. read more

I love coming here , the store is always clean and the staff is so kind. We take my dog here every month for a bath I think we paid 25 dollars for 8 washes I believe it was very inexpensive. The pet wash station is very clean and is spacious for big or small dogs. They also give little treat samples in the baskets they have in the wash room. I have taken my German Shepard to Pet Supplies on two occasions and they have done a wonderful job. He's a large GSD and they have no trouble with his size. He always comes back happy and picture perfect. You can get appointments quickly and they take walk ins. They also have a DYI dog wash area that looks great. The prices are very reasonable.
