First impressions: The store front is a well stocked pet supply store, very clean and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog. She received a wonderful haircut, nails were clipped and ears were cleaned. Instead of the usual 5-6 hour timeframe , she was ready to be picked up in less then two hours (meaning not being held in a crate while they service several dogs in a assembly line style).
