I had phone problems so repeatedly told her to call my husband's phone- She wrote it on the sheet and assured me she would call that number. We rushed to pick up our dog and as they brought him out - they said we need a couple of minutes and they told me to step out of the salon. Apparently he was crated and had a nervous bowel movement but he was left to sit in it- so they shaved his butt and then used a cleaning cloth (with alcohol) on his butt. They told me to step out but I could still hear him crying loudly. He was shaved on his butt to the skin- I was beyond upset. I will not be using Petsmart in the future in Appleton and I will tell everyone I know about this terrible experience
