Seems one employee has issues with some animals because they are too affectionate, or need more attention then most other dogs. She takes it out on the animal as being aggressive. Our dog has never been "aggressive" in any way shape or form. I brought my pup in for a haircut that is not at all typical for his breed, offered them minimal description and pics at terrible angles. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a dog groomer since moving to WI. DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE. I can give my dog a better haircut than they attempted, and he is regularly groomed because he hates his leg hair/nails being cut and we prefer not to do it because of that. I included a note when I made them appointment that he hates his legs/nails buffed. He has been to the groomers dozens of times, and we have NEVER had this issue. Since they had issues with my dog staying still, Megan suggested he be sedated next time. See texts for proof. What in the actual hell??? Then in the text they misgender him multiple times??? How attentive are they really? When I called, I was obviously upset and they hung up on me WHILE THEY STILL HAD MY DOG. I am absolutely appalled at how I was treated and I can't help but feel discriminated against. I walked up, was handed my dog and didn't have to pay, but I have to leave a review so everyone knows how ridiculous they are. So unprofessional. So disrespectful and so rude. I am never disrespectful until I am disrespected first. Whatever you do, do NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE.
