It was my first time there as my husband usually takes our dog. She was nervous and pooped right when we got there. The lady took our dog and pointed and said the bags are over there, and she left with our dog. Over there WHERE? I found a roll of large plastic bags that I assumed were used for this purpose but was having trouble finding the starting point. she came and rather abruptly took the roll from me saying, "It's Not That Hard". She filled the bag handing it back to me saying the trash can is out by the kennels. OK .... so where are the kennels? Our dog looked wonderful when I picked her up and was handed a canvas bag with dog treats and a pen. Nice gesture, but in the future would prefer a little customer service skills instead

It's not necessarily the most inviting environment. The owner, Lindsey, brings her dogs to work and…read morethey aren't very well-behaved - they "greeted us" by teaming up and growling and barking at my dog. The whole time Lindsey and I spoke they barked loudly, we had to yell over them a bit. At that point I was almost ready to leave and try somewhere else, but I didn't have time so I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did. Lindsey clearly cares about animals and treated my dog very well. She is very skilled in her craft; I requested a haircut that is not at all typical of my dog's breed, along with color (she dyed his mohawk purple). His cut is flawless, he looks fantastic. She was also very quick - he was ready in two hours or so. He came out happy and looking very handsome, and the price was reasonable. Not for the faint of heart, but if you can get through the pack of loud and aggressive dogs that wait just inside the doors I would recommend giving Fur Babies a shot. Cujo and I are happy, and I bet you will be too.

Buster Buddies injured my dog while grooming and when I posted a review describing what happened…read morethey were not truthful about what really occurred. I don't know if the owner was aware of what transpired because I never had a chance to even show the owner a picture of my dogs paws because the groomer was so loud and obnoxious. In the owner's written response she said I did not provide a time stamped photo. This is not true, I did provide a time stamped photo to the groomer and the groomer knows this. My dog's paws were razor burned and when I returned home with him I noticed a few spots of light blood on the floor and only then investigated further. The groomer kept yelling "you didn't say anything about his paws when you left." Yes, that is correct. I don't inspect my dog before leaving from a grooming appointment. I did not call to complain about his paws because I have never had a problem with grooming services in the past, so I decided to address it with the groomer at his next 12 week appointment. It wasn't my intention to stop using their services initially, I only wanted validation on her part to make sure it doesn't happen in the future. The groomer became verbally combative. I then left the room and went to speak with the owner and the groomer followed me. The owner implied I wanted to " make a deal". What I was looking for is reassurance that this wouldn't happen again, which I made known to the groomer. To imply anything else is wrong! The owner said absolutely nothing while the groomer continued her verbal assaults, accusing me of lying. I am now responding to Buster Buddies response of my original review because their description of the event that transpired is not correct. I wish I noticed their response sooner because I certainly would have responded. I believe both the owner and groomer handled the situation inappropriately. I was not hostile when I approached the groomer, only asking her to be more careful. I guess that was the wrong thing to say because she became belligerent and the owner allowed her to act in this manner. I would NOT recommend Buster Buddies for their grooming services.

I went with Rover's because of the customer service that I received over the phone. I didn't get her name but she walked me through the entire process & gave we a layout of how his first day should look like. Hank is a super active 1 year old lab/hound. In CA, he attended dog-daycare (Camp Bow Wow) 3 times out of the week, so I knew this was going to be an easy adjustment. Anyways, today was his first day, & the ladies up in the front had amazing customer service. They were friendly & again, walked me through the process. They made sure to answer my questions & concerns & also made Hank comfortable. Thank you for a great transition & comfort! I didn't worry at all today!
