I absolutely loved getting text pictures of my dogs out walking, and then crashed out tired from all the good exercise! It was great coming home to contented pups, clean litter for the kitties, and a summary of how everything went. I felt that her price was very reasonable to have both daytime and overnight care of my animals. They came by daily to refresh food and water for my cats and birds, administered medication to one of the cats without issue, and kept the litter boxes clean. Mike spent time playing with the cats, which was a thoughtful touch, and the fish were fed consistently. They kept the house secure and even alerted me to a leaky kitchen faucet, drying the area with towels after they alerted us. Their attention to detail and genuine care gave me peace of mind--everything was handled with professionalism and heart.

Reservation was refused today because dog was too scared. Said not enough staff to care for him and keep him out of the general population which had been originally agreed to. Vacation starts in one day and we are now scrambling to find care or will need to cancel vacation. Do not trust what you are told here.
