LeeAnn is so gentle and loving with her and just gushes when Powder arrives for her groom. On top of being a puppy mill, Powder is also a dwarf and has deformities in her legs and torso. They would tell me they had to shave him completely after asking specifically not to. I was told once that if I didn't want him shaved down completely (because it made him sore and uncomfortable) that I was welcome to take him home and brush him better. For context I have been complimented by other groomers past and present on how well we keep him brushed. The staff is rude, they inexplicably take far longer than expected and will leave your dog sore uncomfortable and anxious to save themselves the "trouble" of doing the job correctly and humanely.
