I'm heartbroken to write this but want to warn people. my puppy seemed to love going to day care, I…read morewould log in and watch the cameras once in awhile and wasn't very impressed as the "small" side was basically just an open room with a few beds. it seemed like there were a lot of big dogs on the small side but when I dropped her off the staff was always very sweet and excited to see her, so I dismissed my negative thought. one day I logged on and immediately I noticed there were a lot of dogs and a lot of them being big dogs, there were at least 25 dogs in the small side and at least 10 were big. the "pack leader" was paying no attention to the dogs and my 15 pound puppy was being pinned over and over by a full size German shepherd in the corner, another dog actually came over and stopped the German shepherd I don't know if it was playing and completely harmless but my puppy was clearly terrified and when the person opened the door to walk out my dog took the opportunity to run through the open door. I was debating what to do when I watched the person come back into the room dragging my puppy by the collar, my puppy feet were barely touching the ground and was clearly scared and the employee was clearly mad. I immediately called and spoke to the manager and simultaneously asked my husband to go get her. The manager told me she would review the footage and speak to the employee I have called twice for an update and have not gotten anywhere. if the manager reviewed the footage and felt there was nothing wrong this is extremely dangerous! my puppy immediately showed fear of a neighbor she has always known and is now terrified of big dogs. I am absolutely devastated.

The groomer then let me know that if there were matts, this would mean that the cut may need to be a shorter than normal cut. When I came in to pick up my pup, I was charged $80, and to my surprise, she came out COMPLEELY SHAVED!!!! Upon returning home, my dog hid in the dark bathroom, curled in the corner and would not come out for over 2 hours. When my husband came home and picker her up, she was absolutely shivering and just laid on his lap whimpering. WHAT DID THEY DO to cause this type of behavior from my usually loving pup having the sweetest persnality I have ever seen in a dog?!?! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER take your pet here!!!!

Buster Buddies injured my dog while grooming and when I posted a review describing what happened…read morethey were not truthful about what really occurred. I don't know if the owner was aware of what transpired because I never had a chance to even show the owner a picture of my dogs paws because the groomer was so loud and obnoxious. In the owner's written response she said I did not provide a time stamped photo. This is not true, I did provide a time stamped photo to the groomer and the groomer knows this. My dog's paws were razor burned and when I returned home with him I noticed a few spots of light blood on the floor and only then investigated further. The groomer kept yelling "you didn't say anything about his paws when you left." Yes, that is correct. I don't inspect my dog before leaving from a grooming appointment. I did not call to complain about his paws because I have never had a problem with grooming services in the past, so I decided to address it with the groomer at his next 12 week appointment. It wasn't my intention to stop using their services initially, I only wanted validation on her part to make sure it doesn't happen in the future. The groomer became verbally combative. I then left the room and went to speak with the owner and the groomer followed me. The owner implied I wanted to " make a deal". What I was looking for is reassurance that this wouldn't happen again, which I made known to the groomer. To imply anything else is wrong! The owner said absolutely nothing while the groomer continued her verbal assaults, accusing me of lying. I am now responding to Buster Buddies response of my original review because their description of the event that transpired is not correct. I wish I noticed their response sooner because I certainly would have responded. I believe both the owner and groomer handled the situation inappropriately. I was not hostile when I approached the groomer, only asking her to be more careful. I guess that was the wrong thing to say because she became belligerent and the owner allowed her to act in this manner. I would NOT recommend Buster Buddies for their grooming services.

FOD is a great kennel and they have wonderful boarding facility with amazing suites for the dogs, great options for boarding.
