I found a roll of large plastic bags that I assumed were used for this purpose but was having trouble finding the starting point. she came and rather abruptly took the roll from me saying, "It's Not That Hard". She filled the bag handing it back to me saying the trash can is out by the kennels. OK .... so where are the kennels? And she makes my cat (yes, she trims cats!) feel like royalty. He even gets a squirt of her kitty cologne before he's done. I always tell him we're going to the spa! Had a…read moreMinnie Aussie groomed , asked for a puppy cut , showed pics from previous groomers and you can't even tell he was groomed. Was told they are not experienced enough to do that cut. Scary to leave your babies in inexperienced hands. The husky I took in left with a wet head and neck. Went to book the next session for my 3 dogs and they wouldn't accept one, stating she nips. She had been there numerous times and was never informed prior to the last visit. Inexperienced, lack of professionalism. Sadly would not recommend and need to dispute the credit card transaction for not receiving services as promised
