They have it sorted by size, and by colorish. Shouldn't take all day to return items to racks. How about cleaning for once? I've added some images.The dressing rooms were appalling (See dirt, dust clumps and gum stuck to the wall images-I poked the gum with a stick I found on the floor and it was hard as a rock so it's been there for awhile). The management here is seriously lacking, if these "donations" are "providing jobs" to the community, then why not have the employees make a career out of it and let each member manage an area of the store instead of letting the place look like a dump and have no one care about the customer experience. It will teach responsibility, respect/ownership of those responsibilities, and highlight the store as a community asset vs. some donation dump zone. I feel bad for the members of the community, the people shopping here are usually on a budget (hence why they aren't at the mall across the street), why insult them by providing mediocre staff and a lack of store organization/hygiene?
