Here we are Memorial weekend Appleton, WI and they had a great sale on washer & dryer so I purchased them for delivery and installation. Delivery crew would not install dryer because gas hook up is in the basement not on wall. Delivery guy did call dispatch for approval to install and he was told "NO". Absolute stupidity. Gas hook up in basement looks exactly what a gas hook up looks like in a wall. WHATEVER !!! Dispatch supervisor, who i spoke with, absolutely rude and had no care that I was a customer.

He took one apart and showed me specifically to look for and clean out two holes (one being VERY tiny) on the needle valve. After searching, I found it and cleaned it out, and it started up right away! There is nothing like that kind of service at the box stores -- especially for small engine repair.

We went back to the front cashier, and they pointed out to her that it was a hand tool, not a machine, and that it was right there at the tips of her fingers. She assumed the wrong service I had come for. She also assumed, I guess, that with gray hair and a frumpy dress, that I was part senile. She was really breezy when she did not take the time to properly ID my item. She was really apologetic after her coworkers did her job for her. It's the attitude and the assumptions that got to me. They block emergency exits and fire extinguishers with debris, eyewash stations are non-functional, there is standing water underneath the machinery, air quality is hazardous, powder paint is not safely disposed of and is not properly stored, and structural support for the building is damaged as well as the ceiling tiles. It is not safe to work in these conditions, you will regret it down the road.
