    Menu (November 2025)

The format for Tpumps is definitely unique. There's just a variety of topping & flavors to choose from. If you're into customizing your own drinks. Tpumps is definitely the way to go. There's also preset drinks if you want to pick something off the menu, but you wouldn't really see the menu as it's placed in the corner of the store. Store is pretty small, and parking can be accessible on the street. I would say that the store is moderately clean, plentiful of cute posters worth of a background for your social media post. We were given some samples to try which is nice especially for customers wanting to try new drinks. We created our own drinks. I had the rose vanilla green milk tea with honey boba, while my partner ordered the honey macadamia nut green milk tea with honey boba. Although I was pretty skeptical about how the drinks would turn out, but thankfully both drinks were pretty refreshing. Most definitely well made, nothing over the top but the flavors most definitely have more impact than the tea itself. One thing I can appreciate is that the tapioca balls are very soft and easily the best part of the drink. Usually at other shops, the tapioca balls are a bit harder than usual but not with Tpumps, a nice surprise.

This place has grown on me. If you're someone who loves full customizations of having multiple flavors in your milk tea, then you will LOVE this place. If you're not that person, then it will be underwhelming. I'm personally the latter, which is why I don't get this often, but my friends love it!

I have been going to TPumps here and there over the years. At one point there would be dozens of teenage kids in line at all times. I am not sure if it is still like that but the parking and lines were convenient the past few times I went. The format is fun where you can pick your base tea and flavors to add in as well as boba if desired. They always have a tea for tasting while you are in line as well as a case with some ready made, discounted drinks. These drinks are already sealed, so you cannot add toppings. You can control the sweetness level. For me the flavors overpower the actual taste of the tea. However, I appreciate their monthly suggestions which got me to try combinations I would probably never attempt on my own. One I enjoyed was a raspberry black tea with a hint of marshmallow!

This place was not what it used to be. Around 10 years ago, this place was popping and everyone was ordering from here. I was on Lake street to visit pillow talk and wanted to bc heck out TPumps again and it's really not the same. Tea was meh, no flavor and there was barely any ice even though we asked for regular amount of ice. It's a sad T Pumps now :( Service was quick and they offered self serve samples by the entrance. I would not come here again TBH and there are a few other tea places in the area so this is not the only option.

the best thing about tpumps is that they never disappoint, they also have seasonal tops which is so fun as well. everyone is super fast and you can earn points every visit you go. sometimes they do give free small bobas and also have tpump tuesdays! it's not a sit down it's just a pickup and go which is so convenient when you're on the go.

I tried the macadamia nut coconut, it was not the greatest but I was able to finish it. I loved the two samples that was out: Strawberry Rose Vanilla Green Milk Tea and Blackberry Cherry Black Tea. The black tea was so refreshing! I loved it. Would come back for the teas and maybe just that strawberry rose vanilla green milk tea. Service was friendly and nice. Small shop. I would also buy the $2 next time when I'm not feeling for anything else.

Food: Mango Peach Passion Green Tea - 4/5 I reduced the sugar to taste the tea more, it's pretty good. I like the texture and the flavor of the boba too. I have never had boba that tasted like that Service: super fast and efficient Ambiance: It's small but people come and go with the drinks

On a Saturday at 11am in January, my sister and I came here to try their teas. I always pass by this place and wonder if it tastes good. Inside space is small and only for takeout drinks. It was so hard to decide on flavors since it was our first time. I ordered large POG for $1 in size more and lychee popping pops. I waited for several minutes and got my drink. It tastes good with pretty colors, but I wish there is more ice. I only see a spoonful of ice. 3 stars for a spoonful of ice.

Good price great tea and boba. Including tax, the drink is $5. I've had way worse for more than $5 bucks so this place is a great value.

The one issue I have with them is they show a loyalty program in terms of entering your phone number -- if you order online as well as the register. But I've never gotten any points. I once asked the owner about it and he claimed that they do in fact give out items, and said he would check on it that night when I told him the situation. But he never actually asked my name and info, and I've still never received any points since, despite having ordered here about twice a week for the past several weeks. It's not a deal breaker but it's strange.

We chose outdoor since it was such a nice day out. They have all of their desserts on display in the case, so you can peruse the options and see what looks good. So many of the desserts looked good, like the matcha yuzu chiffon crepe cake or the rose and lychee crepe cake. We ordered via the kiosk and got the mango sunshine souffle pancake ($16.50) and well as a couple drinks. My drink was the white peach lemon jasmine bliss ($6.25), with 50% sweetness and less ice. Even though there are signs everywhere saying that it takes 15-20 minutes for the souffle pancakes to be cooked, ours came out super quickly, in 5 minutes or so. We got it with the sauce on the side, but I regret doing that as I saw others getting it with the sauce on top and it was beautiful. The pancake was super fluffy and a bit eggy as well. We all really enjoyed it with the mango sauce. I made the mistake of eating the pancake first before trying a sip of my tea. The pancake was pretty sweet, so I could barely taste my drink, but I think it was good? I could taste a bit of the lemon but definitely not the white peach, which is a lighter flavor. I got a slice of their Hokkaido cheese cake roll for $7 to go and had it the next day. It was okay but definitely a bit pricy for what you get. I'd love to come back to try their other desserts and pancakes!

It is not really cute or aesthetic in any way... and the whole place could use a refresh. There is a covered patio with a few tables outside but at the moment it is a bit haphazard and not the nicest because the space next door is doing construction & there is a large dumpster on Green Street. We ordered Black tea & Floral Pineapple Blossom tea drinks, Peach Crepe Cake and a Peach Souffle Pancake ($17.50) via the kiosk. When you order, you receive a text that lets you know your order number, has a receipt, and also an expected time of delivery. The drinks were ready about 15 minutes. They were both fine, and prepared correctly. The peach crepe cake was brought out a few minutes later. My mom enjoyed it and it looked very pretty. Then the time that the entire order was supposed to be ready came and went. I checked in with Nick at the counter and he said that my souffle pancake would be ready in 5 minutes. About 7 minutes later, when my mom was done with her cake. Nick brought it over and set it down in next to me. It was jiggly, huge, and very wobbly. I slid it over so it was in front of me, and the top pancake fell off of the stack, and flipped over so the whipped cream side was on the counter. I tried to flip it back over and put it on top of the stack, but it fell apart. At this point, I was so frustrated with the situation and grossed out by the possibility of eating whipped cream and pancake that had been on the counter, that I asked Nick to remedy the situation. He offered to make a new pancake, but since this one had taken 40 minutes to come out, I was not willing to wait that long again. He kindly offered an alternative suggestion which I accepted. I tried the Creme Brulee crepe cake which was mildly flavored and pretty tasty. (Maybe I should have just gotten it in the first place, but I had really wanted to try the souffle pancake which I've since & sadly lost interest in.) With that, we bid Motto adieu, and it is unlikely that I will return. A few additional notes: Parking in the area is metered and $1.25/hr with a max of 2 hours, the single bathroom is functional, but there is some problem with the ceiling (there is a gaping hole covered by plastic) making for an unpleasant and potentially unsanitary situation. This should be remedied immediately! Peace.
