I got the Tie Guan Yin milk tea with boba, and it was really good. This is my fourth time coming here, and I'll definitely be back again soon. All of their drinks have a strong, rich tea flavor, which I personally love. The shop itself is very small, more of a grab-and-go spot. There are only about two or three small tables inside, so it's not really a place to hang out. I would recommend ordering online ahead of time since it can get pretty busy. That said, I was a bit disappointed with the service during my most recent visit. I received a pickup text and went to grab my order, but they told me it was still being prepared. After waiting another 5-10 minutes, I went back up only to find that my drink had already been sitting on the pickup table the whole time. Hands down my favorite tea shop in all OC. Mobile ordering is super fast as well as in store on the kiosk. They are always friendly whenever I have any questions or want to order with a person. The shop is cute and although small, there's plenty of places to sit to wait for your drink or hang with a friend. Literally every drink category here is amazing. You really can't go wrong. I've tried their fruit teas, their smoothies, milk based drinks, milk teas, and all were truly phenomenal. The higher quality is noticeable and it ruined all other boba shops for me. Favorite boba shop in Irvine! Found this place per a recommendation after Sharetea messed up their menu and never looked back! They have such a great selection of teas, and they make the best seasonal drinks as well. I'm a fruit tea person and my go-tos are 1.) Lemon Jasmine with Aiyu jelly, 2.) Fantastic fruit tea without the fruit slices and 3.) Passion fruit green tea. Topping selection is also really good. Parking is convenient because the lot is huge. Ordering is usually convenient because they use the Toast app and have screens inside you can order from. Seating inside is very limited - only 2 tables and they are usually taken due to the popularity of the place. Major complaint is that they make it really difficult to make adjustments to drinks. You can't make notes for adjustments through toast so have to order in person. Similarly their ordering system inside doesn't have notes so you have to place your order and walk up to ask for a modification. Unfortunately when they make seasonal drinks, they have preselected toppings that they don't allow you to substitute for free. When they did the Lychee tea with cube jelly, I had to pay for the cube jelly and the topping I actually wanted, then ask them to leave the cube jelly out (didn't taste good, was too big for the straw) - such a shame they would do that, you'd think they would realize people have toppings they like and be flexible about it, especially for the price of boba these days....super annoying. Overall, the staff is nice and they work quickly. There's a vibe they prefer to be making drinks rather than dealing with people due to their operating model so don't expect too much from the service. It reminded me of the milk tea I would get during my childhood, nothing too crazy in term of favor but super classic and fragrant! This is my second time visiting the Irvine location and I think I like it better than the Artesia location, as it is a bit more spacious and closer to me. A lot of college students come here given the proximity of the store to UCI and OCC. I visited yesterday and noticed they have a new Lychee series. It was really exciting for me because I'm obsessed with lychee. I got their lychee paired with our Four Season Tea and CUBE PEARL. Four Season Tea is a type of oolong. TP Tea is usually consistent and good at making drinks, but we came at the last hour so they did not make the drinks well. I had my fair shares of boba places and this one is up there on my top 10 boba places to visit in Orange County. Let's start with the service. The service is quiet and simple. You have the option to order at the kiosk or at the cashier. Keep in mind tho for any modification like removing topping that's already included in any drink just know that you can not do that at the kiosk got to make sure to let the worker know on those kind of special request for people that doesn't like toppings in their drinks. But either then that it's very convenient especially if it's busy . Next the ambiance. The ambiance gives me that chill vibes kinda feel. There are seats and tables inside where you can sit and chat with friends and family while drinking your tea. Of course it's a bit small so don't expect to have a big group of friends to be able to sit. But again very chill and of course very very clean ! Thanks for that . Lastly , the boba ! This is one of my favorite boba franchise! Not many places offer QQ noodles and coupled with coffee jelly, their taiwan classic milk tea/3Q TP Milk Tea (already comes with those 2 toppings plus regular boba) is a must. Did venture and tried their strawberry latte matcha with QQ noodles today. Even at 30% sweetness, it was still a bit sweet for me so will have to remember to order it at 0% next time. Didn't get much of the milk/latte taste, but I prefer it that way. I still think the 3Q TP Milk Tea tops this, but it was a good alternative. There's 2 kiosks in stores, but unlike other stores in the bay that uses snackpass, you can order online with DoorDash or toast tab which I recommend since there can be a wait. read more

4.5 to be exact. I've had this place saved on my phone for several months to try. One day I had to be in the area for some medical work so I stopped by here. I ordered 2 drinks: a safe one which was their signature boba milk tea and their pineapple Green tea since that's my favorite fruit tea flavor. The employee did warn me the pineapple tea will have a blended/icy consistency and I decided to try it anyway. On the drive home I tried the pineapple tea. Yes, it's refreshing but the only tea flavor i got was from the tea jelly. The blended pineapple was icy but it tasted more like pineapple and water. I wouldn't mind the blended consistency if the drink itself had a stronger tea flavor. 3.9 stars. For the milk tea, it saved the day. I've been wondering where I can get good milk tea and I think TP has a really solid one. They are heavy on the boba but that's okay if you like boba. She gave me two cups and helped me out with it. I do highly recommend the Thai tea crème brûlée added boba, I did 80 percent sugar and to me that was good enough bc it was already sweet. Tasted like a cake in a drink with some Thai tea. I liked it. My husband got this taro pudding ice drink with boba with 80 percent sugar and it could've done better with 100 percent. TP Tea always hits! But had to make an update as I'm still in the parking lot to say the new Sesame Noir series is SO GOOD. If you like black sesame tang yuan then you will like the drinks. Got the Black Sesame Tie Guan Yin/Iron Goddess with boba cubes w/ 15% sweet and it's so good (still kind of sweet tbh) but the flavor is really good, toasty and flavorful. The boba cubes are unique in its shape but the bite is similar to boba. Would come back just for this drink because it's so unique and hard to find at other boba places. One of my absolutel favorite spots for tea and boba! Delicious, great quality tea and toppings, easy ordering and clean space. This boba shop is located in a food plaza in Irvine. Everytime I am in Irvine, I always have to stop by haha. I am obsessed with their TGY and fantastic fruit tea. I love getting them at 50% and less ice but honestly their stuff isn't that sweet to begin with compared to other boba shops which I really like. I have tried a lot of toppings here including foam, boba, egg pudding and jelly and all are great with the drinks! The only thing I'll say is this spot is not a big location where you can really hang out and catch up, study as there's only enough room for a few people and one or two tables.
