My Sazerac was perfectly made, and my wife really enjoyed her watermelon sugar cocktail, which she specifically noted as not being too sweet. My wife chose the braised beef short ribs, our friends chose the filet mignon and the blackened gulf fish, and I opted for the grilled red fish.
