Reasonable rates. I especially like the haunted house they have set up in the back of the property.

It would have been nice to know ahead of time that I'd be charged if I went over 42 miles on the UHaul.

If I could give 10 starts I would!…read more This was one of the best SERVICE experiences I've had in years, never mind the moving part, just the entire thing. Sam was great at getting me all the info I needed at the start, then the very cool Zoom estimating process where I walked Simon through my house with my phone showing him video of each room and what was going. Within 30minutes I had an estimate that was at least 50% less than I was expecting and they send you the MAX PRICE, not what it might be, but the max it can be based on time allotted with ZERO hidden fees. No extra cost for wrapping, no extra fees for blanket use, none of the BS most every other moving company had. I hate getting surprise costs or getting nickel and dimed so I LOVED this! Then got a few reminders as we got closer to the move and was told they would be arriving between 8am and 9am, which in my service experiences means 9am at the earliest and likely 9:30 or later, but nope, they text me they were on their way and were there about 8:05am. Five guys, two trucks, ready to get to work. All very nice guys that worked together very well as a team! They were super accommodating, very diligent (wrapping everything very securely with blankets and clear wrap), took apart everything for no additional charge (even an annoying four poster bed), took care of a very heavy piano and stand up freezer. Used straps and ramps and dolly's and handtrucks as needed, all while being very careful with floors, walls, stair rails, etc. They then went around at the end and asked about every other item I hadn't pointed out like planters and tools and other things that they gladly took for me. On the other end they were equally as protective and diligent and were great about taking direction for both me and my wife as to where to put things, and put everything back together, cut away the wrapping and took it away with them, and got unloaded in no time. It was a long day for those guys but they handled it so well and I was just so impressed 10 out of 10, have already recommended this company to others and will continue to do so!

We had a move done on August 11th. During the move, Pure tried to move a refrigerator from our 2nd…read morefloor townhouse kitchen and did significant damage to our hardwood floors and drywall. We had asked the general manager, Alexander to open an insurance claim so our contractor could make repairs but he refused. Instead he has twice given us insurance information with the expectation that we open our own claims. In both cases, the insurance provided did not apply to home damage and has resulted in weeks in delays. We cannot rent or sell our home until the repairs are complete. It has now been 80 days since Pure Moving damaged our home and we are no closer to getting them to take responsibility for the damage they have admitted they caused. Our next steps are to engage state officials, including the attorney general, as it appears they do not carry liability insurance for damage to your property. I will be editing this review with a link to a website with full history and documentation for anyone interested. In the interim, BEWARE! Our family has suffered greatly for putting our trust in Pure Moving's ability to handle the move, and to be responsible for their actions. The rate was good and they did a…read moredecent job although I asked their movers to mask because we are immune compromised and one of them removed her mask right in our faces while we were paying which I did not appreciate and was dangerous. This time the crew was 45 minutes late because they went to the wrong address during the first part of the move despite me being very clear, repeatedly, where to go. That was very inconvenient and my mom had to wait around in her car outside a storage unit while I kept having to message to ask what was going on and barely got a response. I received the final invoice and paid it immediately with a nice tip anyway. A couple days later I started getting a bunch of emails from the company saying that I hadn't paid. I sent them a screenshot of the $0 invoice balance and the transaction on my credit card. It had the name of the owner and a transaction ID and their ZIP Code. They continued to message me every few days saying we didn't get your payment, you must've sent it to the wrong place, they even sent me another invoice like they expected me to pay again. I kept telling them to check in on their side and that I didn't know what else to do. I provided ample screenshots showing that I paid and they kept blaming me and trying to bill me again. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company which was painful because I'm disabled and making phone calls hurts me. I didn't know what else to do because this is not a small bill and the company wouldn't stop bothering me. Finally they made a call themselves and immediately sorted it out which they could've done in the first place and then they apologized to me and said yes you did pay right away it was an error on our end. This was a complete waste of time and completely unprofessional. It's not appropriate to harass a customer who paid, who has clear evidence of paying, instead of just doing your due diligence and trying to resolve the issue without making me feel doubted and blamed for days. I can't recommend this company and I'm very angry about the way I was treated. Harassed for something that wasn't my fault at all and that they could've resolved with one quick phone call on their end instead of bothering me when I had just moved and they know I'm disabled. Avoid this company.

They Called us promptly at 0900 and stated that they were to be here in a few minutes. Communication was amazing! This is our first time working with movers so my fiancé and I were a little nervous. When we met Justin Bell and Gus, they had made the whole experience and transition so nice! I was very impressed of how quickly they had moved all of our items and furniture to the moving truck! They wrapped our furniture very nicely and always had an upbeat attitude( Side note, we live on the second floor) Throughout the whole process, they were chatting with us and laughing and just in good spirits, again I am very impressed. Once we got to our destination, they were quick and swift in retrieving our belongings and bringing them down stairs and was able to place my items where they needed to be. All of our furniture and items arrived with no issues and no complaints. I definitely recommend Justin Bell and Gus! If you guys are ever are needing Movers, really, get these guys! They are so much fun and made this move for us a GREAT experience! They are such hard workers and you can definitely see it in their work ethic and attitude! Thank you guys for an amazing job and the laughs! I appreciate you guys so much! Unfortunately,I was not able to grab a photo as they worked and moved so quickly!

An update: September 2026…read more It has now been over two months since my move in early July, and I am once again having issues with All Service Moving. This morning I received three back-to-back calls (9:16, 9:17, 9:19) from the company while I was in a meeting. The first call went to voicemail, but they continued calling. I have not been given any explanation for why they are suddenly contacting me months later. This is especially frustrating because after my move, the movers repeatedly contacted my personal phone pressuring me for a tip and a five-star review. I eventually had to block the number. The move itself also went poorly. The truck they brought could not access my loading area despite the information and photos I provided beforehand, resulting in additional trips and delays. A move estimated at 3-4.5 hours took around 6.5 hours and cost over $1,000. When I submitted a claim, Operations Manager Donald Stansbury essentially dismissed it with a very short, poorly written email stating they could not provide any reimbursement or refund. I had hoped the matter was over. Now, two months later, I am receiving repeated calls about the claim with no clear explanation. I would recommend keeping all communication with this company documented and in writing.

Their estimates were way off the mark, bouncing from $2460, to $2200, to the final bill of $2825. Mind you, with the exception of breaking down 2 queen sized beds, I had everything pre shrink wrapped and ready to go before the movers even showed up. Why this move took 10 hours is ridiculous. Additionally, I had asked the original move coordinator, named Jonathan, to please provide a proper TV packing kit to protect our TV. He assured me they utilize them and and would have one available for purchase and use. On the contrary, the actual mover conveyed that they NEVER use proper TV packing kits; they simply wrap blankets around the TV and tape the. OF COURSE, now how 55" TV was damaged during transport and I am now having to run around with their 'claims' department to rectify the situation. In the end, they damaged property and way overcharged for a local move with 50 miles. Be very careful dealing with these people.

I was impressed with the service and attention to detail all the way from booking through final sign off. The team showed up at the top of their delivery window and immediately got to the work. They made sure to ask what room to place things in. And a side note - these folks are STRONG. One of the crew members effortlessly hauled my mattress from the street all the way up a few flights of stairs to the bedroom by himself. Overall, super pleased and impressed with Eco Movers and the crew. I will be using them for any future moves.

I thought they had exactly the right balance of care and efficiency with our furniture. My only reservation about Uplift Movers was the surprise $90 "stair fee" that was added on. When I requested a quote, the pricing was explained clearly, and everything else about the pricing was exactly as quoted, but no "stair fee" was mentioned in the quote. When the movers arrived, the one doing the paperwork asked if there were stairs at the destination. I said yes, we're moving into a two-story home. He said that there would be either a $60 or $90 stair fee then, depending on how much stuff had to go upstairs at the destination. I was unimpressed by this surprise fee, especially hearing about it in the first five minutes that they arrived, but I was so impressed by everything else about their work that followed that I still have to give them five stars and recommend them highly. Just realize that there might be a "stair fee" in addition to the prices that you're quoted.

We did a walk through before starting the move and went over what all needed to be moved. They were honest and raised concerns about moving our tv as it's pretty thin, and took extra precautions to pack it. Nothing was damaged during the move. They were extremely quick in loading and unloading. They were quick in assembling and dissembling. They finished our move in lesser time than expected!
