I bought a used 2017 Mustang Eco Boost and saw a few nicks that needed to be touched up. I contacted Touchup Pro (per the dealership where I bought the car). I contacted Touchup Pro and the experience was great from the initial phone call. After I bought the car, I detailed it myself and found more nicks. i called back to advise them of the additional work. "No worries" I was told, we will look it over when we come out (Oct 12, 2002). When Jason came out, he did the initial planned work and then went around the car on his own and fixed the needed additional nicks. I now have a perfect looking car. My thought now is, I may do this once a year to keep that "Show Room" appearance. I need to add, this is the first time a Professional has touched up my car. I needed repairs done to my rear bumper. I submitted a request for quote and Chad replied back quickly, asking for photos to get a better idea of what was needed done. He replied back with a very reasonable quote and best of all was that he would come to my home and do the repairs. Jason touched up our 2013 Lexus ES350. He buffed out a lot of shallow scratches, touched up some deeper scratches, and made our front bumper look almost new again from damage that was caused from flying stones from gravel roads and parking lot curbs, by using a unique painting process. Our car looks noticeably better, (almost like new again), for a very reasonable price. Jason also gave us several tips on general interior and exterior detail maintenance ie, how to safely clean our leather seats, exterior waxing, buffing, and over counter cleaning products that work the best for do it yourself maintenance. This company is amazing! They are miracle workers. I had a deep dent in my Jeep that also left a massive scratch revealing the steel frame. I was told it would be near impossible to fix the dent without taking it to a costly repair shop. I did some shopping around and came across this company. Chad came out the same day to assess the vehicle and said it was possible to fix, and the best part, they could do it in less than half a day in my driveway. A week later, Pete comes to my house and within 4 hours, pulled the dent out, smoothed it all out, and repainted, making it look brand new. I just couldn't believe it! A dent that I was told was near impossible to fix, Pete was able to fix and repaint in no more than 4 hours.
