We should up at 445 pm to pick up out RV because it is our home. They couldn't find our information and finally told us they don't even know if it was looked at yet. It was a bizarre experience and I still can't wrap my head around their idea of service their idea of customer service.

We went out the same day it listed to look at it and after talking with the brothers, learning about the Winnebago and test driving it, we knew it was the one for us. There was no pressure about buying now and they answered all our questions. Fast forward a week to when we arranged to buy/sign paperwork and pickup the RV. We live on the other side of Phoenix so the drive was a haul. We get there ready to sign and leave with the RV only to sadly find out that the generator was having an issue that happened just after we did the walk through with the tech. Part of the beauty and "integrity" part of this business is that they guarantee everything will work on the RV. (This was a used 2005 model we were buying.) They could have not said anything and just let us leave, but instead they let us know what was going on and they ordered the part needed that day. Since we lived across town they even arranged to deliver the RV to us instead of making us come all the way back out. Needless to say this over and above service just reaffirmed that we made the right choice in going with Integrity RV for our first RV purchase. Their patience and explanations to us first timers was amazing. If you are looking for an honest, friendly, and integrity driven business this is the one to go with. I purchased four tires for my Ford Transit work van and trusted their recommendation, assuming they were providing the correct tires for the vehicle. Less than a year later, one of the tires began splitting. I took the van to another shop that was closer because I did not feel safe driving all the way back to their shop. It was at the new shop where I was informed that the tires installed on my van were not properly rated to handle the weight of the vehicle and should not have been installed in the first place. I contacted Christian Brothers to explain the situation and was told I would need to drive the van back to their shop -- despite the damaged tire -- for them to determine whether anything would be covered under warranty. While I was getting the quote elsewhere to replace all four tires, Christian Brothers called back and offered a slightly lower price if I purchased another full set through them. In the end, the difference was only about $100 compared to the other shop. A shop I had never even used before, and that was the cost with no additional warranties or discounts (like Christian Brothers was claiming to be giving me). They stated they were giving me tires at cost and not charging for labor, not true. They tried to make it seem like they were doing me some huge favor by giving me such a small discount. Their front desk employee, Eric was as "helpful" as he could be throughout the process, but overall should have pushed harder with his upper management to resolve this. They should have completely comped the price of the old tires as this was their, dangerous mistake. Now they're not only making money off of me but also causing me to lose additional money by missing work to fix a problem they caused. I'm extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled, especially considering the original tires that they chose were improper for a work van like mine. All of this resulted in me needing to purchase two sets of tires within a single year!!! I expressed to them that being without my van would result in loss of money as it is my work vehicle. They had no concern for my time, money and no sense of urgency to resolve the situation that they caused. I had to leave my vehicle with them for more than a day the first time and again overnight the second time. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone!

I can't recommend Touch Up Pro enough! Recently, my wife accidentally scratched her brand new 2022 GMC Yukon SUV. The first quote we received from Maaco was a whopping $995, which also required us to part with our vehicle for a full week. We found this both costly and inconvenient. This led me to research other options, which is when I discovered Touch Up Pro. The company's mobile service caught my attention, and so I decided to give it a shot. I sent them a photo of the damage and received a quote within an hour that was significantly more affordable than Maaco's. Admittedly, I was initially skeptical given the quick response and the much lower quote. Nevertheless, we went ahead and scheduled a service. To my surprise and delight, they came directly to our home and performed all the necessary work right in our driveway. Our paint tech, Shawn, was the epitome of professionalism. My mother in law was in an accident and she was not in a position to take her car in to get fixed. I wanted to give this place a try since it was mobile and got good reviews. Chad came over to give us an estimate and since we were paying out of pocket I needed to get a couple different estimates. One estimate with a partial repair and one with a full repair. Chad was able to give me estimates the same day as the initial inspection. We were able to set up an appointment for the install of repairs within a few days. The repairs included a new bumper, a new fender, and a new light kit. The entire install was completed at my mother in law's home which was very convenient! The install was completed by Tylor whom was made aware that the hood required two people to open it. One person to keep pressure on the button and one person to pull the latch. Tylor went out of his way to fix this issue for us as well even though it was not part of the damage caused by the accident as it was a pre-existing condition. The entire process was seamless and if I had questions, I could call and someone would answer! If I called and no one picked up Ashley would always call me back within minutes. My truck was a mess. Paint on the hood and roof had oxidized and did not look good at all. To add to that, I had a nasty dent on my passenger side as well a dent on the tailgate. In all, very unattractive. We were given a recommendation from our mechanic to try Touch up Pro - the pricing came back more than half of what a "normal " garage would charge - so I was somewhat skeptical. Unfortunately it's looking like this is no longer a trusting option with all their recent employee changes etc. they're not what it used to be. Orlando's estimate was not the cheapest but it was a lot less than the most expensive by over $3k . They were the nicest and most professional . They explained the whole process. I got the feeling that they cared about me more than the rest of the other shops combined . I looked at some of their finished cars and they all looked perfectly done . I dropped my BMW off and they got it fixed faster than expected , they let me know what was going on during the repair and the repair bill was less than the original estimate . They also washed my car and vacuumed the inside . They have a customer for life Thank you Orlando Auto Body

Very disappointed with this shop, they talk a good game about having an accurate estimate by…read more"taking the vehicle apart" this is total b.s , work turned out to be 30 percent more expensive, also took nearly 2 months for 2 fenders to be replaced , then held my vehicle hostage until insurance paid. Vehicle was then returned to me unwashed, and with a broken tunnel cover, also all of my items in my front storage area where just thrown in the back of the truck, which I had to crawl through to release my tunnel cover. I would give them zero stars if I could. Paint repairs also show orange peal - white paint thought that was easy, better off with a high school body shop, ohh and their warranty they brag about, non existent as well- zero accountability . Apparently being on the radio and social media posting how great they are is more important than doing quality work.
