The vibe was completely off, and the attitude of the woman who did my toes was, in my opinion as a paying customer, unacceptable from start to finish. She barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed when I asked her to cut my toenails shorter than I initially thought I wanted them. It was still early in the pedicure process, so there should not have been any issue accommodating that request. While filing, she filed directly into my skin and I physically pulled away. There was no acknowledgment or apology. Then she placed the hot stones immediately and directly onto my leg, and when I flinched and verbally said "ow" because they were extremely hot, again there was no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. On top of that, there was little to no effort put into the massage portion of the spa pedicure -- which is honestly the main reason most people upgrade to the spa package in the first place. The massage lasted maybe a minute or two per leg with no real pressure or effort. Then I apparently committed the crime of asking for a second coat of the polish I brought with me. That request was met with an eye roll. The worst part, though, was how rushed the UV curing process was. Instead of allowing the full recommended cure time, she repeatedly pulled the lamp away early. Because of that lack of attention to detail, the polish on my pinky toe literally came off in my hand while I was checking whether it had cured properly. Still no apology. No acknowledgment. Just visible annoyance that she had to redo her own work. Even after redoing it, she again failed to properly cure the clear coat, color, and top coat until I finally had to directly ask her to allow the polish to fully cure. She also ignored my request to add another coat of polish to that nail the same way she had done on the others. To make matters worse, she then left me sitting there with the UV lamp still on for about six minutes for what should have only been a 90-second cure while she started another client next to me. It felt extremely rude and dismissive. For context, I was not rude at any point. I simply asked for things I wanted as a paying customer while also providing my own materials. And let's also note -- I do my own nails at home, so I understand the process, proper cure times, and the basics of good nail service. Knowing that someone is intentionally rushing through your service and being openly rude for no reason is incredibly frustrating. When I went to pay, I spoke to the woman at the front who finally acknowledged that my nails were cured and ready. There was no normal assistance out of the chair or general courtesy that I saw other techs providing to other customers throughout the salon. I did mention my concerns, and her response was basically to ask for someone else next time. Even after they clearly recognized this technician's lack of professionalism and courtesy, I still tipped her -- even though, honestly, the service did not warrant one. Yet again, there was no thank you, no acknowledgment, nothing. I've been to many salons before, and even on bad days I've had far better experiences than this. I'm highly disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning. Shame how one bad experience can ruin it....

I have been getting my manicures and pedicures here for a couple of years. Last summer the tech…read morenicked the cuticle on my toe that bled immediately but they continued with the pedicure. I ended up getting an infection. I reached out to the owner who refunded me for the service. I decided to give them another try because everyone has an off day and the owner did a great job solving my concerns. I took my daughter to get a full acrylic set for her graduation ceremony- she had been asking for nails for several years and this was her first time getting them. They came out lovely. I paid $180 for the service and tip with Jamie. We went to have them removed 3 weeks later because she wanted a break for the summer. I booked a $30 nail enhancement removal with Helen. I sat at the entrance and watched as she first sanded down the top layer. I assumed next would be the foil acetone soak as is standard and what I told my daughter to expect. Instead of foils, Helen proceeded to very quickly and aggressively sand down the entire nail on all of my daughter's fingers. She nicked her skin in several places, and it bled. I am now in recovery mode trying to heal my daughter's nails, prevent infection and ease her pain. Several nails are completely sanded to the internal nail bed. Shame on this salon. Avoid at all costs.

She said she doesn't do gel pedicures and went on and on about how bad it is for your toes because you have to drill the polish off. That is false you I know because I only get gel manicures and pedicures. I just agreed to the polish because I wanted a pedicure and she won't do gel ‍. Monday 5/8 notice one of my toes is messed up. (I had socks and sneakers on the previous day.) I tried to contact the salon and they were closed. I called on Tuesday to explain about my one of my toes and how one of my finger nails the gel polish is chipped. I explained the extreme displeasure because gel polish is supposed to last up to 2 weeks (they even have a sign that says so). I made an appointment for Sunday 5/14 to get it fixed because that was my next day off. I wake up and on Wednesday and see another nail is chipped. . Fine I said to myself you have an appointment. Fast forward to Thursday 5/11. My nails at this point look like I've had the polish on for 3 1/2 weeks and dragged my finger on cement on two fingers and one finger is mildly chipped. I call Holly and explain I don't want them to redo it the quality is extremely poor I want my money back. She tells me to come in so she can see the nails. Even longer story short... Holly (the owner and the person who did my nails) says that if all 10 nails were chipped then she would give me my money back but it's only 3 so let her fix it. When I say one nails is bad there is almost 1/4 of the polish missing from it. Then tells me she didn't say gel polish lasts for 2 weeks. THERE IS A SIGN IN THE FRONT THAT SAYS THAT. There is also a sign of their price list that has gel pedicure on it (that she refuses to do). She took a marker out in front of me and crossed it out. After going back and forth she then started blaming me for the polish chipping because I didn't come back in 24 hrs. They were closed on Monday and when I spoke to her Tuesday she just wanted to make another appointment. She refused to give me my money back and after I agreed for her to fix it on Sunday she continued to blame me saying that I could have done anything to cause the chipping. No I didn't!
