They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.

This is a long overdue review for a company and people that deserve more than 5 stars…read more I had cameras (2 doorbell cameras and 1 fixed camera) installed at my home about a year ago. Chris and Rose came out to do the install and did a wonderful job. They hid the wires well and made sure everything was in good working order prior to leaving. (They even stopped work to help look for the cat that we thought escaped while the door was open.) They answered all the questions I had after installation and helped to resolve issues with video quality and connectivity. About 4 months after installation one of the doorbell cameras malfunctioned and caught fire. I emailed Chris and Rose about what happened. They came that same evening to help secure the door since the fire department ripped out the door frame to stop by fire. They didn't stop there. Chris and Rose figured out what happened and went back to the manufacturer. They were able to get the manufacturer to exchange the doorbell cameras for an updated version. When they came back to replace the doorbell cameras they found replacing the one that malfunctioned would no longer be the best option because of the addition of a storm door. Chris and Rose suggested a fixed camera instead. Chris came back a 3rd time to install the fixed camera. There was no hesitation or complaints from them about having to come out a 3rd time. It's now about 8 months later and things are working well. I know if I ever had additional questions or issues, Chris and Rose wouldn't hesitate to address them.
