They argued that there was a 3 days cancellation policy; this 3 months after my 3 year contract has ended. I have to yell for them to promise a refund for only 1 month. I am holding my breath. If this goes on, I will take them to court.

I found ACL on Yelp and was amazed at their 5-star rating with 40 reviews. When I called on Friday, Rose listened and said that we needed a more experienced locksmith. Because ACL was very busy, she could not schedule anything right away and suggested another locksmith. However, since my need was not urgent, I was willing to wait. Chris contacted me the next day and in a little over an hour installed the new handleset and lock. The previous reviews were spot on and I am pleased to add my own 5-star review. I appreciated that Rose really listened to my need and offered honest feedback, even if it was to recommend someone else for quicker service. The only reason I say this is because: I have had 5+ technicians, including the lead, come out to view an issue that had been recurring since the initial install of services. My doors just do not accept the install of the sensors. The technicians have tried everything including relocating the sensors, adding more adhesive, etc but the sensor continues to sometimes report that the door is open despite it being closed (clearly deeming the services inoperable, since that door wouldn't be secured). They even chipped some of the paint off as you can see in my pictures. When one technician removed the adhesive, there was some remaining adhesive that was not coming off, he said to get an adhesive remover from Home Depot. I told him to do it, respectfully. He came the next time with an adhesive remover and was unsuccessful in removing the adhesive off my property. Despite numerous attempts to cancel the contract, Safe Haven remains stubborn and will not let me. They state I will have to pay 75% of the total 3 year purchase to terminate. EVEN ADT mentioned to them that this is clearly a problem not caused by the customer. I am moving forward with taking legal action. Terrible service, yet I'm still feeding them $
