They left items loose; they packed breakables with heavy items that smashed them, paintings were left with no protection, smashed electronics, missing items and when I sent them the prices for the destroyed property, they offered me to pay by weight an amount of money nowhere near what the replacement cost alone would be. They were "generous" with a 500 dollar offer when my broken subwoofer alone is several thousand dollars. I would estimate they did about 5-7K dollars in damage to my property and offered me a few hundred for the damage caused by their horrendous packing.
