I had recently posted a bad review on Ironman Movers after using them three times each time they move me these guys have been really great. Something came up missing on my third move and, and I ask them about it and they said they never saw it. I was so distraught because I had to pay for the lost item. Upon telling the owner of Ironman movers that, he Zelle's me my tip back which covered the cost of the payment for the lost item.. I recently found the lost item 2 months later after these guys had moved me. (which was my Google Fiber box.) I have removed the review and I am replacing it with this update. My 1st move was from a 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment. My 2nd move was from my 3rd floor apartment to my new home. They were so help with assembling my furniture, and even help place my paintings on my wall, and to mention setting up my TV's in each room, and connecting my stereo with speakers. DONT USE THESE CRIMINALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They aren't professional and do not have a credit card reader for their phone!! THEY WILL INSIST YOU JUST READ ALOUD YOUR CARD INFORMATION which will then be used THE NEXT DAY to purchase hundreds of dollars of goods. I went to north Texas THE NEXT DAY, was HOURS away from Austin and started getting notifications money on that card was being used, in AUSTIN! Called Capital One immediately and they informed me the charges were being used by typing my card info in MANUALLLY, WITHOUT A CARD. I have OF COURSE made a POLICE REPORT, they are so stupid they even used the Home Depot that was the closest to the reported business address WHICH IS ACTUALLY THEIR neighborhood HOME. No one ever said criminals were smart. Ive also spoken to a lawyer and our case is iron clad. This guy is about to go to JAIL and then I'm going to sue him for everything he has. They saw a young guy in a Luxury Downtown high-rise condo with a view and thought they could take advantage of me and steal money out of my bank account without me noticing, they have no idea who they're messing with; they will soon find out. I guess I cannot recommend Ironman for long distance moves. I labelled boxes - Fragile - Do Not Put Anything on Top. And a very heavy article was put on top of that box. Many boxes were destroyed. A brand new television packed in its factory box with all of the foam had a strap put across it and it destroyed the television. Also something was put on top of the television as well. So it could have been the strap or the other item. We have not unpacked everything and I am preparing to be upset. I trusted them as movers to do the right thing and it is incredibly disappointing to have items destroyed. read more

This company is really great! I highly recommend Juan and his guys; they will not disappoint! I reached out to several moving companies for quotes and Juan was the only one that responded. I was moving about an hour north and he quoted me a good price (which he followed through on) and made sure I understood that there would be a 1 hour travel charge back to Austin after they were done (which I found completely reasonable). Leo and Austin were the guys that moved me (along with Juan who was driving the truck) and they were all so great. They charge by the hour, so I was a little hesitant to talk too much with them because I didn't want to distract them but I worried for nothing! They were able to talk and joke with me without wasting any time. I'm a very private person so it's a bit unnerving having 3 strangers touch all my stuff but they made me feel very comfortable and completely at ease. These guys are so nice and friendly; not at all like other movers I've used. They also had good taste in music! As for the actual move; not a single dent, scratch, or broken anything. They had protective blankets for all the furniture, packed it all in the truck nice and snug, loaded and unloaded quickly and put stuff where I thought I wanted it. They were patient with me when I changed my mind a couple times and asked them to put things in a different spot than I originally said. They even gave me sound advice when I asked them what they thought about certain furniture placements. They never showed any hint of annoyance at me which I kind of expected due to past experiences with other companies. Even though I moved an hour north, the whole process only took about 5 hours from start to finish. They showed up right on time, didn't waste any time and didn't damage a single thing. They got to my home promptly and they were very cordial and professional individuals.(2 men). They quickly assessed the workload and began moving all my furniture and boxes. I give highest possible scores to Ironman Moving. Juan and company came to move a piano we had purchased (fairly large grand), and also to move a china cabinet from one room to another. As soon as they stepped in the door and started preparing, their high level of competence was obvious. They were friendly, offered good advice on how to care for the piano, pointed out some things to be careful about, and themselves were very careful with our wood floors. As moves go, it was probably not one with a high degree of difficulty for them (no stairs, not a lot of furniture needing to go around tight corners), but their level of professionalism was the highest we've encountered in our move to a new house.
