Days later, we had to go buy our own lock, then pick an empty unit, and email them which one we chose for our paperwork. We were never reimbursed for the lock or this issue. Then every 3 months, the rate increases. We have a small unit and in a matter of 10 months, the cost went from around $40/mo to the most recent being $70/mo. We are terminating our contract after this month. Cannot afford the continuous rate hikes.

I have used these guys in the past for broken TVs and they have always provided a delightful customer experience. You have the options of leaving stuff out on the curb but I couldn't do that because of my HOA. Also, last time I had left a desk that someone snatched up from the curb. So I didn't want to waste their time again. Their technology use is pretty awesome and respectfully as a IT guy I appreciate how it makes billing simple and easy. You cannot go wrong with this company hauling your junk for you. It saves you time and effort than doing it yourself and paying for the fees at the landfill. Juan and Leo moved my father into his new home earlier this nonth. The upside is that they are nice guys and did a decent job. They were very careful with everything. My father had me onsite to ensure the job was done in a quick and satisfactory manner as he isn't mobile and needed eyes on the project at all times. Mistake #1: I was disheartened to learn that the owner, Juan, called me "bossy". Highly inappropriate comment in this situation. It was raining outside and I had to ask them to lay down runners to protect the new flooring and carpet. They started moving furniture into the house and bringing in water and residue. This is Moving 101. Mistake #2: There was way too much personal chatter going on between the two of them (nothing to do with the job). At times, they were just standing around talking and not moving or loading anything. When you are paid by the hour, you are on the customer's time and this is just not acceptable. Find some hustle! I have worked with movers professionally for the last 17 years and I have never experienced this. Be wary if you hire them. read more

I used them the other day to move a spa; they were well priced. even though the project took much longer than expected because of the condition of the spa they did not try to charge me more than the quoted price. They did a great job and took care to protect the motors etc that had fallen out of the rotted bottom. They caused significant damage to my mahogany bed during the moving process. It's disheartening to see a lack of professionalism and care for customers' belongings from a company that claims to provide quality moving services. In the end they denied accountability due to the owner being out of town. I would caution anyone considering hiring Leon Moving LLC to proceed with caution and thoroughly research their options before entrusting them with their belongings. The damage to my property and the company's lackluster response have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend Leon Moving LLC based on my experience.
