One guy spent nearly an hour wrapping just four basic items (a chair, ottoman, table, and dresser). Items sat staged on the curb for two hours without being loaded. The pace was so slow that we had to start carrying items to the truck ourselves just to finish. Even the crew leader admitted to me that one of his guys was moving too slow, yet they billed me for every single minute. I have reached out multiple times by phone and email requesting a fair refund for 2 hours of wasted labor, and management is completely ghosting me. The representative told me they had availability on Friday but said they couldn't confirm a time. I politely explained that I would need the move to be at least in the morning and asked if that was possible. Instead of helping or clarifying, the representative responded rudely and repeated that they "don't have a time." I calmly said that if it couldn't be early in the morning, then no worries. At that point, she abruptly hung up on me. Hanging up on a potential customer who is being polite is extremely unprofessional. Based on this interaction alone, I would not recommend this company.
