Micro Center 07-28-26…read more My grandson is building him a new gaming computer. We chose to get the parts from Micro Center in Dallas, TX. They have everything you need and could want for your computing needs. It's overwhelming with so many choices to chose from. We walked around trying to find the computer case. Lots and lots of cases. That's when we met Tim. He was totally awesome and jumped in and took care of all our needs. My grandson had a list a friend made for him of what we needed. He took and made a shopping list for us. Then he asked if we wanted help getting all the parts. We said Yes! He was great, he took our buggy and took off and got everything on our list. I would say above and beyond what we expected. He had everything at the checkout counter for us. It was a great experience. I highly recommend Micro Center for all your Computer needs. Ask for Tim Hill and he will take care of your computer needs.

Then I come to find out that they will ask for a name to complete the check out. Ridiculous.

He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.
