I told him my issues and he spent at least 10-15 minutes listening to me and was sure that he could help me. (I was locked out of One Drive with years of files and photos potentially lost forever, I thought I had been hacked with ransomware and was ready to trash my desk top and laptops based on what the other IT guy had told me!). The next day I went in and I knew I was in the right place within the first few minutes of visiting with them. I showed them several issues that had occurred simultaneously, so I didn't know how it was all tied together or which happened first. They were able to retrieve my email, found a copy of my One Drive and helped me set up a new One Drive Account that was an exact duplicate of what I had lost!!
