They crammed a very expensive analytics tool called "Hubspot" down our throats, saying it was the tool of choice for Mojo Media Labs and they were experts at it. But they were unable to even sync it up with a basic website. They locked us up into a contract and began to take their monthly draws off my Amex. There were many "strategy meetings", "weekly and monthly agenda", "game-plans", "critical paths", but "NO RESULTS". Promise after promise of doing "Campaigns", but nothing ever actually got done.
