I have been client of this website and SEO company for the past 4 years and have spent over 15K over the years with horrible results. 1) Website was Okay although never completed over several years 2) SEO services is horrible with lackluster results, they say they are experienced in this field but I have found their experience to be basic at best. 3) Social media we spent thousands on Facebook for horrible results. 4) I hosted my site at Godaddy.com, then they wanted to host it on their servers about a year before I decided to terminate their services. They purposefully let my site go down and we were down for months with no informing us it was in fact offline. I contacted Leslie to ask her to make a very simple settings change and thats when it turned ugly. She said she wasn't capable of this change, but suggested to now pay them to host my site temporarily for one month for $199? I pay godaddy for the same service $9.00 per month, yes nine bucks. I asked why they want $199 on a $9 a month fee from a competitor? Leslie stated she could not answer??? I asked her why I felt they are holding my site hostage, she said she wasn't but there was two options. A) send me files or B) pay the hosting fee? Feels like a hostile situation to me. After all I paid thousands upon thousands for years with this company with horrible results, they have had countless turnover all people I made our deal with and knew, now its all different staffing. No problem although they've dropped the ball on all their responsibilities. I decided to stop moving forward with them and replace their services with a much more capable service and gave them over 6 months notice to shape up. They failed, then I gave them further notice, they offered to continue hosting my site during the transition and during that time let my site go down over SSL certificates they were trying to force me to buy. Because I wasn't onboard to do anything further with them rightfully so. They with out notice tried to hold my site hostage. read more

This was the best experience I have had with a business by far. We are located in Southport NC and being so distant worried me but the process was amazingly seamless. The staff did screen sharing with us so I could see and be directed on how everything was going. I have different managers in departments and each one was able to communicate with Bold Digital staff the entire time. Emails and calls were always returned within a very fast time period. I love the subscription pay structure so I always have a web design team at my finger tips. I highly reccomend this company for website design. No matter where you are located- they are the best !!!
