Very poor customer service. They need to be reported in violation of the Consumer Protection Act with their incorrect pricing. I tried to get my items price adjusted, and they did adjust them. However, there were no apologies whatsoever for the pricing mistake and had even admitted that I was not the only one who encountered the pricing issue. BEWARE AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. One sales associate even rolled her eyes at me when I was leaving the store. I called her out and she denies that she was looking at me. I drove many miles to buy a Tory purse at Camarillo. I was disappointed with the service. The Employees that work there are racist. They didn't greet me because they seen a Mexican American walking into a sophisticated store. I was looking for help and everyone was ignoring me.Maybe they thought I did not have any money.I couldn't believe that there was four Employee's helping one White lady purchasing a purse. (Yes, I have a mild addiction...haha) My overall experience with this store, unfortunately, is a one star because the staff is simply rude. I usually stopped by this store on my way home from Santa Barbara, and each time, I am always surprised as to how nice & helpful the staff are. At the SCP & Desert Hills Tory Burch stores, it's a totally different story ( stuck up & snobby staff). The prices here about 20% to 30% off retail prices most of the time. They humiliated us and treated us with no respect. They don't even deserve the one star. I was really looking forward to visiting this store. The store itself is really cute and has a small selection of everything; handbags, shoes, clothing, etc. Since the selection is small, sizes should be available and prices reasonable for an outlet.. Disappointment 1. The shoe prices are not good! the "cheapest" pairs were $165 from $195 and the available sizes were only 5 and 10.5. 2. The clothing prices were also too high, e.i regular price items were marked at $325 and the sale price was $299? 3. The handbag quality was generic When you visit an outlet you expect the quality to maybe not be as high as the one in the actual stores, but you also expect to pay less. Even on the phone, I tried calling to check on an item and that lady who answered the phone needs to get trained on customer service. If one associate says "we don't have sizeXX", try and ask another associate. There is a lazy associate（ HE）doesn't want to work!! I was looking for one of the shoes, but I can find only size 6, and I asked him to look for size 7or 8. After few minutes, he returnd and he put the original size6 shoes back on the shelf without saying anything and he didn't even look for me. He was just standing at the floor in plain sight of me just a few feet away! So I came up to him and asked " Did you find my size?" he just said " We don't have size 7 and 8". So I later asked a woman and she came back with both a size 7 and 8 that the guy did not find about 5 minutes before when I originally asked! the guy was no where to be found, so I could not ask him what the "F"! read more

I read a review that the shoe prices are the same at Nordstrom/Bloomingdales so it's not much of an "outlet", when I arrived I checked it out myself, the flats I was looking at here were priced 145 & I looked up on my phone the price at Nordstrom was actually 141 - what a rip off at the outlet! Also this place was PACKED! Literally could not even look at anything because there was way too many people in such a small space. The employee literally sighed out loud when I asked for help. I was really looking forward to shopping here because just a few months ago I went to the Tory Burch outlet in Carlsbad and I found some really cute stuff and I was hoping to do the same here. I also had really helpful and immaculate service. They were even happy to help grab or give me opinions on what they thought of purses I picked up. Today was a different story. This store was such a disappointment and was a bit aggravating. First, no one greeted me or my bf when we walked in. Secondly, I walked by at least 4 or 5 sales associate and no one said hi or asked me I needed help. When I was ready I had to ask a gentleman with glasses who was a little heavyset to get some shoes, I also asked if he could get a price for a purse for me. He did that with no complaints or annoyance. He was able to get me the price and shoes I requested. Good! However, I didn't get why when I saw him before that he acknowledged me by looking at me a few times but didn't say anything to me. I felt like he thought he was too good to talk to me. Then he kinda of disappeared so I walked over to where my bf was sitting and asked a woman who had bleached blonde hair with dark roots, I'm not too sure what she was either Hispanic or Indian, she acted as if she couldn't help me and asked another girl by the name of Michelle to assist me. Michelle kept asking her who's working the room and she said blah blah was but left and she said it a few times because Michelle kept asking. So unprofessional because what difference does it make, the person is no longer there. They spoke amongst each other. Michelle then left. I wasn't sure if she left to get my shoes or not. She came back a few minutes later and confirmed my size and told me the sizes that they did have them in and proceeded to go to the back to grab them. She grabbed me a few in different sizes and color. I didn't like them so I just decided to proceed to the register. When I went to the front to ring up my purchase, I let the woman in the front know, my terrible experience, she was apologetic and said she will try to get everyone together to talk about bettering their customer service. I just said ok. I mean I already made my complaint, there is nothing else I could do. In my time and experience of this store, is that if you don't look or dress a certain way no one is going to bother with you. People who work here act like they own the store. Its an outlet, you're getting paid hourly, retail sucks or maybe your life sucks, suck it up and do what you're getting paid to do and that's assisting customers with merchandise. Tory Burch is trying to make money not lose customers because of the sucky people who are work for her company. You're the face for the company. I do have to add, I feel sorry for Michelle because she seems like a genuine person who's trying to give her best there or maybe she's new there. I hope they don't mold her the way they are. Horrible Customer service EVER!! Bought a pair of shoes less than 2 weeks ago in size 8 since they did not have my size which is 8 and half. I was told it will open up half a size as I wear it and if it does not, I can return it in 14 days. As i guessed, it did not open up that much and was very uncomfortable. The back of my feet are swollen because if it. I went to the store today to return it as I was not satisfied with it at all and it was less than 14 days. I was told they can not accept the return although I was told by the employee that I can return it if it does not work out for me since they knew it is not my size either. The manager acted so unprofessional and said she can only do an exchange. What do you want to exchange that with???!! I did not like anything else but that which they did not have in a bigger size. Once I told her that I don't like anything else they have, she was like "keep this pair and come back when we have something you like." HOW RUDE CAN A PERSON BE. Honestly this branch and Tory Burch were really disappointing. This was a cheap move from a brand like this. I did not expect such an attitude towards a customer. For the BEST customer service go and see GRIFFIN!!!! He is the most patient, kind, helpful person I have met... He never gets frustrated with my picky behavior (and believe me sometimes I'm in there for over an hour just trying on shoes and clothes) and always helps me with a smile! I have been going to him for years whenever I visit this store and he is as nice and helpful now as he was years ago! Most times I can walk out of there with bags and bags of great buys! My husband even knows to go and see Griffin for special occasions whenever he needs a gift for me... He's the best! Great customer service! I had many sale associates asking me if I needed help with anything and was able to get what I want in a short time.

This is the closest TB outlet in the San Fernando Valley, so by default they're the go to place. Unless you want to pay retail then you're better off going to Nordstrom or Bloomingdales. Their last season selection of handbags is limited. This location has a huge shoe section and all the wallets you can choose from. The staff is very attentive and quick. The line to get in here can be ridiculous at times. If you plan on coming best time is right when they open at 10 AM. read more

I've been to this store 4 times and I always try to give the benefit of the doubt that the employees will give better service, but nope, always a disappointment. They are lazy and rude. I had to ask different people to get me sizes because they were taking their sweet time. I told one of the workers that she can take one of the boots back if she wants since I didn't want it, she said, "I'll clean up later." Later on I was standing there with another boot in my hand and the manager asked if I needed a size. I said someone was helping me, so she called the girl and asked her if those 3 shoes were mine, I said I didn't want them. She told the girl to clean up the shoes before getting the other pair for me since they can only have 3 shoes out for each customer, and walked away. I really want to buy a pair of shoes from Tory Burch so my boyfriend took me there. The store is about to close in 15 minutes so I tried fitting some of the shoe style that I want but then the lady approached us and told us if we need anything else( I guess she really wants to go home so badly) I already know the style and size that I want so I told her to get it so we can pay for it. But then one of the saleslady came and said that they can no longer look for the sizes because the manager told them to close the store. My boyfriend told them that they should've let us know before so we can ask them to get it immediately. We thought that they can still accommodate us because there are still a lot of people inside the store. We can understand them if the one that is closed is the counter not the shoe storage and if they sincerely apologize but the lady just said that we can just come back tomorrow and just left us like nothing . I went to this store over the weekend to try to do an exchange of a pair of shoes I bought at their outlet store in Vegas because it was too big. I normally wear a size 8 and I have bought a lot of shoes and handbags from Tory Burch from their stores, outlets and even department stores. However this size 8 was too big for me and I cannot walk in it. Since I bought it from an outlet I can only return it to one. Unfortunately I was over their 14 day return policy, which I didn't know although it was printed at the back of the receipt. I asked if I can do an exchange or a return because I cannot possibly wear it but they said no and their manager said no. I understand they do have a policy but seeing that it is unworn and I just missed the deadline by a over a week I would have hoped for some flexibility after all I had to drive out to Camarillo to do the exchange/return. No accommodations whatsoever. So what will I do with this pair now? This is the last time I will buy from this brand! read more
