They have great sales on the flats, and sandals all year round and often some sweaters and clothing that are currently full price in stores. After reading the mixed reviews here, I was so afraid that I would be disappointed. Especially since we have to travel one hour to get there! So I am extremely happy to report that it was a fruitful trip. There was a line to get into the store but it moved quickly. I knew I wanted a pair of wedges so I headed straight for the shoe section once I got in. For an outlet store, the selection was impressive. I was sad to see the Reva going for $199 when I had bought mine at full price, but oh well! I was lucky enough to be helped by Gina, who was an absolute darling. She was super patient and polite, even after I asked her to get me sizes for 6 different pairs of shoes. I wear size 8 and was pleasantly surprised when all the shoes that I was interested had my size. The store is quite big, with handbags and clothes taking most of the space. There was a whole wall towards the end of the store dedicated to shoes. There are lots of seats in the shoe section so SOs and kids have plenty of space to sit while they wait. Being a Military Vet in this store I'm not allowed to get discount which they advertised they give to all active, retirees and family members and the reasoning was I was told " because of my buying patter , which means I buy a lot" it's just doesn't make a whole lot of sense. I hate to tell u this but Tory Burch in the US is terrible. They told me that the online store and the retail stores have separate Customer service and the customer service number only caters to online purchases. If I bought the item from the retail store, I would have to go back to the retail store. I called the store at Camarillo Premium outlet where I got my shoes from. I informed them that I had my shoes for less than 1 mth and they were already starting to tear at the rims(?). They said that the shoes should last long and should not have been damaged like mine were but they said I would have to repair the shoes at my expense. It's like "Hey, we sold you a lousy quality piece of leather crap that looks good for 5 days of use and you can't return it since you have already worn it haha." Even at the outlet prices the shoes are expensive for 5 days of use. Based on the quality and non-existent customer service, I will probably not be buying from this brand anymore until they decide to wake up and get their act together. read more

2014 YELP 100 CHALLENGE - 004/100 I want to love this Tory Burch Outlet, I really do. But as much of a HUGE fan of Tory Burch I am, I seriously cannot find anything that I'm in love with here! Usually I already have items in my mind that I already want or I lay eyes on something that I immediately fall in love with at the store or online...but that has not happened to me while visiting this location. I think it's because the majority of their items are like last season...or last last season...or last last LAST season. Nothing is new or current (which is to be expected for an outlet) which is probably why I get disappointed when visiting this store. All of the old shoes are kinda ugly and you're like, "oh, well THAT'S why it's at the outlet store" haha. Makes me so sad! I feel like the best discounted stuff are the shoes. I saw a beautiful purse but it was still $550... Unless you get here early in the morning when they first open, there is usually a line to get into the store. There's a guy who stands at the door and allows people in one by one inside. The store itself is really small (much smaller than regular boutiques), and is VERY crowded, especially at the back since naturally Tory is most popular for her shoes. They have a lot of sales associates working here, yet they are all very busy because there are so many customers. It's hard to flag them down at first, but once you get ahold of one of them they are usually pretty responsive. Both of the times I've been here they've had a deal where if you spend a certain amount, you get a certain % off. Unfortunately it's usually a minimum of either $300 or $500 upwards. First time in Tory Burch i was not impressed- Granted i visited the outlet store and not the actual Tory Burch store. Expensive overrated designs. Not much class really. Even the employees were bleached blondes that stared me up and down (Pretty Woman moment anyone?) Tory Burch is for the Sofia Vergara's of the world, not for the Sofia Loren's It is one step up from the Kardashian's and the Snookie's trashy taste. And though priced as deserving of class; Women notorious for their fashion sense, such as Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn or Jackie O, would have frowned upon this brand since it is missing the sophistication, elegance and grace that made these women so iconic. Packaging is great, and whoever came up with the logo is a marketing genius...they deserve a big fat bonus and even a percentage from every sale since i believe it is that golden logo that makes tasteless housewives drop more than a mortgage's worth on a pair of shoes. I mean SERIOUSLY! Hmmmmmm Tory Burch? or Salvatore Ferragamos???? Hmmmm....If you have no idea (or taste) maybe you'd buy Tory Burch, but if you know anything about anything....you'd know Ferragamo has been making fine leather shoes for over 100 years!!!! I've been here three times and have yet to score any deals. This store is always packed, even in the late afternoon. The first time I was here I had to wait in a line just to enter the store because it had hit maximum occupancy. I was here yesterday (Saturday) looking for a Simone cardigan and though there were multiple colors, none were available in size small. Only extra-small, large, and extra-large were available. I did, however, see many wallets and other purse-type accessories. At this point I wouldn't make a special trip just to visit this store or the outlet in general, unless perhaps I needed a ton of new clothes right away. I was visiting from the SF Bay Area. My daughter and I happened upon this Tory Burch outlet and I was fairly excited to see what great finds I would discover when I walked in. Let me first establish that I am an avid Tory Burch fan and have been so for years. We are of means, so I can easily spend hundreds of dollars on her merchandise without a second thought. I have been to many of her shops and have NEVER once had a negative experience like this one. The shop itself looked fabulous, in true Tory Burch style. However, I must say that I was SEVERELY disappointed in their customer service. My daughter and I spent at least 30 minutes of browsing through the different bags and shoes and were neither acknowledged, greeted, or offered any assistance by any of the numerous sales representatives on the floor. They seemed preoccupied in their chatter, dancing, and were too busy avoiding eye contact with me. I had never been more infuriated and disappointed in a group of sales individuals before... When I did ask to speak to their manager about my disappointing experience, Anthony H., he was kind enough to hear me out and apologized for the behavior of his staff. He said that he was new to management and that his staff normally did not behave in such a manner. I hope that this is true, although the lady at Kate Spade from across the way, who by the way had EXCELLENT customer service, said that her experiences at that particular Tory Burch store were similar to mine. I would have easily bought merchandise from this Tory Burch store because I love her brand so. Unfortunately, I will never buy from this particular one because of how poorly I was treated and regarded as a customer. I've been known to drive all the way to Camarillo just for the TB outlet. I have scored here but it's a hit or miss. If you're coming to get clothes, I have found some great deals. Over the years I have purchased a pair of floral pants, boots, pumps, and some flats. As others mentioned, they don't always have the most current styles, but what I do like is that their outlet carries the same quality and styles as the TB store; Whereas other luxury brands have a different quality level and even styles at the outlet. I have been pleasantly surprised a few times by a shoe that caught my eye. All in all, this is my go-to Reva flats store. Revas rarely go on sale in the actual store and their style doesn't change year after year so its worth it. The great service I have received here bumps them up to 5 stars. read more

Poor service. I waited in line for 15min to purchase a wallet. I got to the register and the wallet I was told it's priced incorrect by $20 I was told they can't honor the rice that was on the tag. LAST I checked you have to honor the price you hand wrote with your stores red pen for the customer I was told by the manager if I want it I have to pay the higher price and she will not give the price they had on the item. I really wanted to love this store but honestly I just feel "meh" about it. I knew what I wanted so soon as I got in. I was looking for a pair of flats and a purse. After waiting in the long line to get in... It was a long wait by the way, I went straight for the shoes! Virginia was so helpful! She informed me that when trying on the ballet flats that you want a half size up since they run small. I ended up picking up the reva black ballet flats with silver hardware. As I looked at their bags, everything was regular price. If that's the case, I'd rather buy my bag at a regular store where there's more selection and no crowd! After getting to the register, I was informed that one register is down and credit cards need to be called in... This took a while... Later I found out that the same shoes are on sale at Nordstrom for $168 when I just paid $199 plus tax for the same ones.... I'm from San Francisco. I'm not driving back down to Camarillo any time soon. This is one of two outlet stores in California and none are in Northern California. I will be coming back down Memorial Day weekend... I've been here three times. After the third visit, I've decided to write the review. This place was ridiculously nice and friendly FOR A BLACK FRIDAY AT 4 AM! I'm so amazed at how well the staff conducted the crazy sales event. Plus, I never felt I was an outlet. They kept the same clean, organized look of Tory Burch store. They had extremely friendly and helpful staff. The best part is that the savings are very good. I purchased a handbag online that was 30% off. To my surprise when I received the email confirmation I was charged the full price. I called Tory Burch immediately for explanation. The Representative told me it wasn't on sale. I immediately canceled and the Representative was able to cancel the handbag that was in transit, so I never received the bag. I was told the refund would be issued in 10 business days. On the 10th day I called and was told they were having problems processing refunds (TB immediately charged my credit card at time of purchase.) Well it is now 15 business days and I have yet to receive the refund. They have committed fraud as I paid for a product I never received and TB accepted payment. Beware! 95% of my purchases online and refunds were issued immediately or the next day. I have never experienced this type of service! read more

I have been coming here for years. However, today I had such a terrible experience only with the manager of the store. She was very rude and has bad customer service. Everyone else was nice except her. Another reason for my one star review was there were a lot of customers that do livestream and online shopping. They would stand there and talk to their phone trying to sell online to their own customers. It is fine if no one is standing outside the store waiting to get into the store. At many designer outlets, I can never really tell the difference between retail and outlet price, but here you definitely can! Prices were great, though still too expensive for my wallet. Staff was friendly, including the security guard out front and security guards usually give me the surly routine when guarding retail stores. Friend walked out with shorts, jeans, and a tote. The sales staff was friendly but the cashier didn't notice pilling on the left underarm of the sweater so I had to mail it back in and exchange it because I don't live in the area. Really great customer service! Not only do you get designer digs but you feel like you are in one of their normal stores not just an outlet. Everyone was helpful, friendly and had suggestions. I walked away with two pairs of flats that I absolutely LOVE! They have clothing, bags, jewelry, and shoes. The largest selection is in their shoes. Prices range from about 20-40% off retail depending on the style. Obviously the older styles were the ones that were marked down more but then had less selection. Everything is final sale here though so try it on! Definitely worth the trip out to the outlets for this place. read more

Made a purchase of $300 and they miscalculated my discount by over $40. I noticed the error while I was in another store nearby and returned to get the problem fixed. At first the cashier told me the error was mine but I walked her thru the error and told her to bring the manager over. It took the manager and two other cashiers 15 minutes to confirm that they had made a mistake!! At which point the store manager herself rudely told me that THEY had discovered the mistake and would correct it. I seriously thought she was joking and said "you're kidding right"? I love Tory Burch. I could probably just leave it at that, but when you get Tory Burch items at a discounted price? How could you not just fall in love. I don't know if I was just being dumb or what, but I had a hard time figuring out which of the three centers this was is in. If you are coming from Carmen it's in the very first center, right near Sony. My map said it was next to Guess but that's in the next complex over. This is a small, clean store sort of tucked into the back-most section of the Camarillo outlets. The staff was friendly and outgoing when I visited, greeting me immediately and offering me help. I have to say: I'm a huge TB fan! Her shoes are so comfy and amazing. So, when I came to the Camarillo outlet last August to do some back-to-school shopping and saw shoppers carrying the oh-so recognizable and colorful TB bag, I was ecstatic to hear that there was a TB outlet there! I rushed to find where the store was in the directory and rushed there. The collection of shoes, for an outlet, were not bad at all. I was deciding between a couple of Reva flats, when I saw the perfect black leather pumps with gold/black TB medallion. I asked the sales lady for a couple of sizes. I usually wear a size 6, but the size 6 she brought to me seemed a little tight. She was pretty patient with me as I decided between the 6 and the 6.5 (which was a little loose). She gave me fitting tips on which pair to get. Not wanting to rush into an impulse purchase, I told her that I'd like to put the shoes on hold (who knows, I could have found another pair of cute pumps at Saks or something). She was kind enough to understand. Long story short: I ended up getting the pumps. They match with my black leather with gold medallion TB flats, and everyone notices my matching flats and pumps (because I often switch shoes when I need to walk long distances - hey, I'm a city girl). Best part: I think those pumps retailed for $300+ and I only paid about $160 including tax :) read more

I have never visit any Tory Burch outlet stores personally. But i did a charge-send order from this store in March 2014, the associate, Janet Perez, who handled my order handled it very professionally. She handled my inquiry earnestly and conscientiously, she was able to find a fresh pair of shoes (that no one had tried on before) for me (as requested), and wrap it up, even included a thank you card with the order. I would say she handled the order better than some of the regular Tory Burch stores. I did charge-sends orders from other regular Tory Burch stores before, while they claimed they were sending me a fresh pair of shoes, when it arrived, it is obvious that it had been tried on many times and the bottom of shoe is dirty, some even have dirt spots on leather of the shoes. read more
