Bill at the Highway 121 Torchy's in Euless was amazing. My husband, who is Gluten Sensitive, and I were about to go to Dallas and we wanted to get our normal delicious GF breakfast from Torchy's. I placed our online order not realizing the store didn't open until 10 am. I called the store planning to cancel my order but Bill was kind enough to get our order ready by 9 am. Was trying to find a good taco place, like back home in Cali but this wasn't even close to it. Not the street tacos I was looking for but Still so delicious ! More "gourmet" or them just putting their own spin on it but I had almost every taco on their menu and they're all good. We were greeted by a young woman who knew everything about each taco, she recommended certain ones and that's what we ended up ordering. Very nice? Good ambience and vibes. Friends were hungry so we stopped in for some tacos. I wasn't really hungry but figured I might as well have a drink. I asked the bartender to make me whatever she liked best, and she came out with something she called a Paloma...smooth with a spicy kick. She nailed it, just my kind of drink!! Got it to-go for a COVID-style birthday dinner at home... everything was packed up well, sauces separate for the journey, and everything hot and fresh on arrival. Had 3 different tacos (fried avocado, Baja shrimp, and trailer park), my fella had a few Republicans, and we shared chips with the green chili queso. Delicious! read more

This location served the worse chicken tacos to go. The tacos had one cold corn tortilla which was ripped the grease was so heavy all over the foil it seeped through the one corn tortilla. I had to just throw them away. And also the to go bag of chips is literally filled not even half way. This is by far the worse Torchy's in the dfw metro area. read more
