The food we ordered was delicious! We had the birria pupusa's. The consome it comes with was so flavorful. I also had a regular carnitas pupusa which was great. I also had a posole. I'm going back today to get some posole and maybe a few other items. I went with my cousin and her husband. They ordered just as much food as I did. The 3 stars isn't a reflection on the food because that was great! It's a reflection on the facility. It was SOOOO HOT! My cousin has 2 boys and the baby could not stand it. We changed his clothes into shorts and a shirt and he was crying up a storm. We all felt it. Trying to eat while sweating and it was so uncomfortable. When I asked the lady about the a/c, she says they aren't allowed to touch the thermostat. We immediately got plates to go so we can go home and eat comfortably. If you go here, order to go. First time here. Small space with 6 indoor tables and a couple outdoor tables. Walk up to the counter to order & they bring your food to your table. Food was good and prices so so-- some are average and some are a bit high. My husband and I got a meal each, Topo Chico and chips and salsa and the total was $35 (no tip). Husband had the Biaria queso taco plate ($14 ?) with 4 (street taco size) tacos & broth. I did the #4 combo (1 street taco, 1 flauta, 1 pupusas with rice and beans) $10. When we return we will not splurge on the chips & salsa-- it was good but nothing extra. They do offer a nice salsa/condiment bar with 3 types of salsa, pickled onions, curtido, onions with cilantro, pico, limes and grilled jalapeños. A good deal of Hispanic people were coming in for lunch, which is a bonus at any ethnic based restaurant. Would recommend and plan to return. read more

Very clean and ladies behind the counter are kind. I had to wait a little bit for the food but it was worth it. I got a #4. It has their three main things. It came with a flauta beef taco and a pork papusa. I covered it all in their mild salsa and loved it. Rice and beans were good too. Was fairly priced for the quality. When you burn out on traditional texmix this restaurant menu is a little bit different. The recipes come from Central America and they're very well done. It is a small place and probably seats 25 to 30 people at maximum. All of the food was delicious. Their pupusa's are really good. I've never had one before. They had some sauces and fillings like pico de gallo to put inside the pupusa with the meat. They do not sell any sort of alcohol and I believe it is not BYOB. been coming here for years, and the quality has went down so much but price sky rocketed. the birria quite literally just taste like pot roast and the beans are so watery they just fall off the spoon. i was a returning customer for years for a reason until today. the staff is nice but the food is just not it anymore. the best thing we had today was the jarritos. Food is okay but they messed up on my orde and refused to remake it or give a refund.

Cooks have changed. Food is not nearly as good as it was a few months ago. Please bring the lady that has a lot of pride in her cooking!!!
