Wings

Went to the brewery due to walking distance to our hotel. This was a great choice! Loved sitting at the bar and tried a couple of beers and shared wings and a salad. Loved the wings! Had a good crispy to them. Service is very friendly and helpful and picking out a beer. Have to come back and play the games that were in the other room.

Torched Hop was such a fun brewery to go to with friends!! We had an amazing time and the environment was great. The food was delicious and perfect to share. I will definitely go back to enjoy a little happy hour drink in the future. They also constantly have specials they post on IG!

I really wanted to enjoy this place. Their menu looked like there's something for everyone and the location seemed fun. But the food was lacking in too many ways. I got wings with a broken one that shouldn't have been cooked or served since it caused me to take an entire bite of bone. The buffalo garlic Parmesan used the cheap sprinkle Parmesan that's basically sawdust. For a place that makes so much in house, why not REAL PARMESAN?? Lobster mac n cheese was a special this weekend, but seems they forgot the cheese. Very dry and made me sad for the lobster. Our server was friendly but didn't seem to know much about what they did or didn't have or any information about the food or beers. Beer was 4 out of 5 so I'd go back for a drink but would never eat there again.

The brewery right in the middle of the restaurant how cool!

If you love burgers, this is your spot!! A nice size patty, and a beer for only $12 This is a huge place and lots of seating area. Lots of beers to choose from standard menu, but again we popped in for the happy hour special that they do on Mondays for burger and brews! Parking was very easy as they have a garage very close by that you can park at for free with just a short walk up a hill to the location. Our server was very attentive and provided good customer service the entire time. Also, if you go there, you may see a few beers being brewed as they have a very extensive brewery right in the middle of the restaurant..

This is a fun nicely laid out quieter bar in Atlanta's Midtown. Service is informal (just walk up and buy it) and there is plenty of space for socializing and games. Love the bocce ball court and the various board games you can play here. This is a funner calmer bar with a friendly social vibe. Lots of beer selections. Perfect for a couple of beers and catching up with friends.

We stayed at an Airbnb close to Torched and we ended up here 3 times during our girls' weekend - on purpose. It's a great place to chill, talk, have a bite to eat, or a beer. We hung out here before our flight to kill time and also had pre-dinner drinks here. The service was friendly and fast. The food was solid. We tried a salad, friend green tomatoes, Brussels, and a biscuit sandwich. It's a good place to start the night. So grateful for the hospitality and comfortable space. Beer was super good too and I'm from Milwaukee so that's saying something!

After agreeing to go out to eat I executed a search on Yelp for "Impossible burger" and Torch was what appealed to me the most... As a frequent visitor of the Ponce area, I was surprised that I had never been here, however, now was as perfect a time as any. Upon arriving, there's parking on the side street next to the location, both street and parking deck so parking was a breeze. The outside is very simplistic as is the whole design aesthetic of this particular strip, however, when you walk in the first word that comes to mind is wow. The brewery concept captures you from the door. The shiny hardwood floors radiate the light from above, yet, the environment isn't too bright. The young lady at the front was very welcoming and let us know that the kitchen would be closing shortly and to head to the bar to place our orders. Upon arriving at the bar the bartender was all smiles and very inviting. According to my receipt he was (Bartender "PM B"). After exchanging pleasantries and him pointing out some highlights on the menu we ordered an Impossible Burger and a Bacon Burger. Upon placing our order we took our number and seated ourselves. We sat towards the back on the main level as the view of the brewery equipment was captivating. The feel of the restaurant is casual and presents a perfect setting for any kind of night. The downstairs area had a game area and was entertaining a group of people who were all laughs and joy. This is definitely a great after work "grab a drink and bite" kind of area. The upstairs has more of an intimate vibe for a low key date night, friends dinner, etc. When the waitress brought our food to the table the night took a turn for the worst as it relates to service. She presented the plates at the table and said "two burgers?" I said yes and inquired as to which was the Impossible and her answer was "I don't know!" Furthermore, when I asked if there was a way to visually tell which was the Bacon Burger, she again expressed she didn't know... As you can imagine the confusion on my face she offered the explanation of "I just walked in from break and they told me to bring these to the table!" Oh my! This truly shifted the entire vibe of the night as my friend hasn't eaten beef in 20 years and the wrong bite could make the night even worse. To Note: The Bacon Burger doesn't have strips of bacon as that would have made the visual inspection easier. This burger has the bacon crumbled within the ground beef itself. Nonetheless, I had to do it the old school way and smell the meat as we know Impossible and Real Beef have two different smells. Luckily my nose was spot on and we avoided any incidents. The bacon burger was good. The meat was well seasoned and the bacon crumbles were in every bite. The fixings were fresh and the bun was soft. This burger paired very well with the fries which presented a crispy outside and soft center! Based on my experience, I would eat here again, however, I would request a true indication of meat specific identification if anyone orders the impossible burger. Service: 3/10 (solely based on the burger delivery) Environment: 10/10 Vibe: 10/10 Food: 8/10

I strictly come here on wing Wednesdays and the habanero dry rub wings are the business! My close second are the Buffalo Garlic Parmesan wings, and if I venture into sandwich territory I recommend the THC sandwich or the Pimento grilled cheese, both are home runs. The pretzel...oh the pretzel, it'll make you gleefully over eat because you are going to want to finish it on your own. I recommend anyone looking for great wings at a casual spot to throw a few beers back, you might want to check this spot out.

I came here for a quick dinner with my family on a weeknight! I was able to walk over, but there is some parking nearby in front as well as on the street. Inside, there's a lot of space and both upstairs table service as well as more casual order at the bar below. There's also games that you can play inside! My family and I went upstairs to eat. For drinks, we got a beer flight and tried a little of everything! We loved trying Torched Hop's beers, the Hops de Leon and Hollow Heroes were our favorite! For dinner, we tried the THC sandwich, Bacon Burger, and fish and chips. Service was a bit slow but once we got our food, everything was delicious and I loved the buffalo sauce on my THC sandwich!!

First time at Torched Hop and everything was great! On a Friday night the brewery was pretty slow, with plenty of seating both upstairs and downstairs. Before sitting, they give you the option between counter service (downstairs) or table service (upstairs). The beers were pretty good - very hoppy, but the food was way better than expected! I had the Southwest Bowl which was packed with flavor. Even the fries were delicious! I'm not a fry person, but the simplicity of their fries sprinkled with coarse salt was really great. I'd be back just to eat! The ambiance at Torched Hop was nice. It was a fairly quiet atmosphere. They had tons of games (uno, etc) that you could bring to your table and play with friends. Good time!

Awesome place when you walk inside. Like lots of places in ATL, you may have to park and walk a bit but Torched Hop is worth it. Breaking News: they offer free parking in the Camden Apartments parking garage. The staff is super friendly and the food is good. I ordered the breakfast burrito off the brunch menu and really enjoyed it. There was a good blend of eggs, bacon, cheese, and potato. If you're up for an amazing beer try NOTHING IN YOUR EYES. It's a barrel aged saison that hits all the right sour and toasty notes. DELICIOUS!

Tara Z.

Large open space high ceilings. It's neat they have barrels stacked against a wall & brewing equipment on display. I grabbed a Peach Cider here it was absolutely delicious. A bit on the sweet side of things. Looks like a pretty lively place to go. Pretty chill on a Wednesday afternoon. Friendly helpful staff.

Torched Hop resides downtown, and was on our list this year for our annual brewery meet-up. It's not a brewery I've heard much about so was eager to try it. There is a parking deck nearby that provides free parking. The brewery is fairly large, with a bar downstairs and open table seating near their brewing tanks. They have decent-sized space upstairs w/ a couple large screens to check out games. We ordered 2 Torched Pretzels for the Table & Wings (Habanero dry rub, lemon pepper & Buffalo garlic). For my flight, I ordered the Fritz, Shrimply the Best, The Death of You & Nordle. For my beers, i liked the Nordle (semi-Tropacalia taste) but was underwhelmed with the Fritz & Shrimply. I was expecting the Fritz to be more along the lines of a Helles Hefeweizen. The Heller Bock, Shrimply, just didn't suite me. With all the German beers I've had, these just didn't live up to my expectations, The Death of You took me 2 hours to finish. That girl was THICC and they were NOT lying about it's thickness. Very similar to a thick cough syrup & hard to really get down. The food was amazing. The beer mustard with the pretzel was absolutely spot on w/ it's flavor. The garlic Buffalo wings & habanero dry run were delicious. I think this places serves better for their appetizers, over the beer. Service was great & atmosphere decent, I think maybe I just didn't like the beers I had and could be a personal preference, but not really my cup of tea (or "draft of beer").

This place is an absolute no! I don't care about hype, newness, or happy hour specials. If you have no food! And the service is trash! Keep it. Went here for happy hour, I think an oxtail item they were out of, and the $1.50 oysters. Ofc the bar for this to be new, felt old in there. The place was semi full, but had limited servers and 1 bartender. The manager spent his time correcting tabs, apologizing to guests, and scolding servers. Our server was a couch chewer for sure. This girl kept forgetting our drinks, and some of the items we ordered and lied about the food wait times. We spent entirely too long in there waiting for food and drinks. A shift change, not my problem. Be efficient. Sad part is, the food was really good, specifically the oysters when we finally got them, and the stir fry rice. My drink was weak, my salmon burger had a nice texture, it was fresh, but dry and flavorless. No need to return. I have countless places to try happy hour menus with oysters, if you put service above all else as I do, this is a no. The manager ended up comping our oysters as well and shared his frustration. I felt for him. They need to fix it.
